Unfortunately, reality and the pictures in their advertisement have nothing to do with each other. The slogan “four-star service for a two-star price” is a joke. We were given a room on the upper floor, which felt terribly run-down. The bed creaked, the mattress was uncomfortable, and everything ached in the morning. The blinds were stuck, you had to reach outside to lower them and they wouldn’t come down at all. The furniture in the room was stained, the wall was cracked, and the tap water was particularly smelly. The walls are paper thin, and when the person next to us called, it was as if he was sitting 1 meter away from us in the same airspace. On weekends, there is live music in the restaurant downstairs until 2 am, so there is no rest here. We booked for two nights, left after the first and went home. The breakfast area in the basement was terribly dirty, more like a prison than a dining room. Reception is open from 2pm and they can only help with the advertised discounted spa entrance fee, so if someone would spend the whole day in the spa they would pay full price. Parking is on the street, there is only room for 6 cars inside. Avoid by far.
