Nice refurbished hotel. Great breakfasts and dinners. The most important is access to thermal baths. Rooms are standard and nothing to complain about. The critical issue is Internet. It basically works only within lobby, so be prepared to use your cellular one. In general it's a nice spot to stay especially during cold months.

We had a weekend booked at this location and couldn’t make it because our daughter got the chickenpox on the day we were supposed to check in. We asked for a fee waver given the circumstances and they have been very nice and prompt in getting back to us and not applying any charges. Relaxing holiday, the hotel has all it needs but it needs better and newer appliances. TV is not Smart, furniture is quite old and the mixed area has even older things. The food was ok but not really diverse and you have to pay for whatever drink you want (even water, except breakfast). The Spa area is nice but quite small.
