Nice refurbished hotel. Great breakfasts and dinners. The most important is access to thermal baths. Rooms are standard and nothing to complain about. The critical issue is Internet. It basically works only within lobby, so be prepared to use your cellular one. In general it's a nice spot to stay especially during cold months.

The buffet was not very good & bread was hard!

We had a weekend booked at this location and couldn’t make it because our daughter got the chickenpox on the day we were supposed to check in. We asked for a fee waver given the circumstances and they have been very nice and prompt in getting back to us and not applying any charges. We will definitely choose this location when we will visit Gyula.

The breakfast was plentiful, including Chinese dishes, and was clean and hygienic. The waiters were also friendly.

The aircon in the room is not working. The room is stuffy. The lift was not working on the ground floor. So we must carry our luggage by stairs to the second storey to take the lift to our room. We had the superior rooms which were quite spacey. Bathroom is a bit old. But the rooms had a nice view on the historic church across the street. (Bells at 6:00). The Gokart Hotel is great to stay for one Week or longer. The rooms are clean and the Breakfast is good. The coffeemaschine is not the best but ok. The Servicepersonal is good. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived at 23:00 and booking.com had failed to tell the hotel we required an additional bed for our daughter. This was no problem for the hotel and they brought a bed within a few minutes. They also didn't charge us extra. It was all greatly appreciated after driving for 12 hours👍. The hotel is nice and quiet. The room clean and comfortable. But no curtain in the shower, which meant even a short shower completely flooded the bathroom. The air vent in the bathroom continues to work long after the light is turned off, and is very loud. If they solve the bathroom issue - this place is very good. Very friendly staff with good recommendations.

Fabulous little gem of a hotel in the middle of town. You can pretty much walk anywhere. The wine festival was just around the corner. Impressive buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options and a perfect espresso. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

The room is spacious and bright, with a balcony. Opposite is the library, Christmas market, cathedral, and pedestrian street are all nearby. There is also a Chinese restaurant near the hotel with good food.

First of all, the price is more than great. The location is out of the center but there is a bus stop 1 minute away, so it was not an issue. The rooms are very nice, you have everything needed. nice hotel! the food is tasty and diverse. located in a quiet area, within walking distance of points of interest. the staff is friendly and willing to help. the spa area is well maintained but quite small, it gets crowded quickly. many facilities for children, some of them for a fee. however during the stay most of the tourists were elderly.

Relaxing holiday, the hotel has all it needs but it needs better and newer appliances. TV is not Smart, furniture is quite old and the mixed area has even older things. The food was ok but not really diverse and you have to pay for whatever drink you want (even water, except breakfast). The Spa area is nice but quite small. The prices are really good and the overall experience was ok.

We had a very pleasant stay there. The wellness area was smaller than we expected but the services and especially the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a good base for exploring Gyula with family.

We went for all inclusive and we got great value for the money and very polite staff. Also food is great and various. Hotel has their own pool, massage center, sauna, kids room for palying and baby sitting for kids from 3 years old. Fitness room is very basic and small, but it will do the job. They do NOT clean rooms daily. You MUST request a cleaning. These are all adult rooms. For couples, this may be great. A working man, not so much. I'm in a adult dungeon!
