The air conditioner did not work the whole night. The temperature in the room was 30 degrees Celsius so we couldn’t sleep.
When we came to the reception at night, the staff just said the air conditioner needs time to cool down. They did not want to come and look. we came again in the morning to new unpleasant staff. I had to ask 3 times until someone came to look at the issue. They were mad at us. Until someone came and fixed it we were on the way to check out and leave.
Overall very bad experience. This is not how hotel should treat his guests.

Due to BA cancellation, I have to stay for one night. Didn't expect too much fancy stuff, the hotel is satisfactory in terms of basic amenities like private bath room and wireless. Restaurant is part of the hotel, so dining is very convenient as well.
The big issue is that the room is not sound proof, I can literally hear people talk loudly next door as well as in the corridors. I woke up at 5am due to the noise. Moreover, the window cannot block light. 5am in the morning it is very bright.
I understand the hotel is cheap and that's what one paid for, but I don't think a good sleep is a luxury ask.

Me with bf and a dog wanted to stay in this hotel for two nights. We arrived in the evening around 9pm and received really bad welcome message. The guy literally said we had to inform about size of a dog. We asked about the dog, dog is well behaved German Shepard. What is a big dog anyways.. We had to pay for a room up front, while normally you pay at check out. We were NOT asked for documents for registration. No hotel rules like breakfast, WiFi, parking or anything else was explained, just hand over the keys. When we said next morning we are leaving, another receptionist didn’t know how to handle the difference in booking.com and said she will make “no show”. When I said she has to contact booking.com, she said she doesn’t know how and went to eat!!! When I couldn’t reach booking (cause didn’t want to wait on the line), I had to search her in the kitchen and said I’m leaving. While chewing, she replied she doesn’t care, it’s not her hotel.... wow... I have to say I’m Russian but that kind of soviet service I haven’t seen before, especially, near the capital/airport. Overall, hotel doesn’t look authentic but actually pretty creepy. We were happy to have German Shepard with us))
