My room was on the street side and the soundproofing could be much better. Also you can hear everything if someone is talking on the corridor near your door. The noises of walking in the room above mine were also quite loud.
Location is good if you are going to the airport and there is also a big supermarket nearby.
Staff was kind, I had a good laugh in the morning with the cleaner lady :)
The renovated rooms have ultra modern bathrooms.
The bar out back was the perfect way to end the trip.
Super close to public transport, which attracts a sketch crowd at night however no issues as they have an overnight security guard
Now for the downsides: It's genuinely quite a distance from the city center. Apart from one local shopping mall, there's absolutely nothing else around, giving it a somewhat isolated, 'middle of nowhere' feel. There aren't many dining options nearby either.
The rooms were nice and the beds extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was nice, the hot options slightly basic with just scrambled eggs, baked beans, bacon, and sausages.
Overall an excellent experience and the staff were superb.
