Went there as a special treat for my parents who were in Hungary from Australia. Everything was lovely - food, relaxation, pools & of course the quality of the rooms themselves. This is a very nice and well managed 4* resort hotel, with a great wellness section, attentive service, in a great location on the banks of the Danube, with numerous fascinating historical monuments and excursion sites nearby. There are only a few minor issues that require the managements' attention that would make the experience even better. (1) the wellness section has no functioning clocks anywhere...

It is a really great place.👍 The coctail and the foods are delicious. There are cold and warm pool too, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are kind. There are a lot of programs like boat in the Duna or dinner in the renaissance room. I had just 1 little problem: 1.the elevater is very slow. That's all. 😘

We had an excellent 2 nights family trip. The food was delicious, the wellness is perfect for families with small kids and it is open even after dinner. There are excellent programs like renessaince dinner, bowling competition, movie or wild animals show.

The room and hotel were clean. But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. There was an unexpected parking fee, which we weren’t told about before checking in. Wasn’t insane, just annoyed by the unexpected charge checking in. Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind. Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated.

A full spa experience. It was very nice. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price. It is a true spa with multiple pools and types of saunas. The room was large with a nice desk and a full kitchen. Small balcony. Very convenient to the sights. Convenient parking. The food was good. A good place to stay for a few days to see all of the Danube Bend.

The room is quite large and equipped with a kitchen, but the facilities are relatively old. The hotel is suitable for local people to come on vacation. There is a swimming pool, a large dining area, and a wide variety of breakfasts.

This hotel supposedly is a 4 star superior hotel, but I would give it hardly 3 stars. We arrived on a Monday and stayed till Friday. Tuesday late afternoon I informed reception that our room was not cleaned. They sent someone who emptied the 2 bins in the room and - because I asked her - made up the beds. The other days only the bins were emptied. Beds were never made up, bathroom was never cleaned...

Everything is very nice. The hotel is beautifully decorated, rooms are beautiful and clean. The spa is spacious and well-designed. Food is delicious! However, there is one aspect that is quite uncomfortable: most guests in the saunas do not respect sauna rules. Almost everyone wears bathing suits, and some even wear flip-flops inside the sauna. We visited the hotel several times. It is gradually being renovated, from the new interiors of the rooms, the restaurant to the new sunbeds by the pools. The service in the restaurant has also improved. The chefs deserve an award as the cuisine is excellent. The overall experience in your hotel was good. The rooms are nice. The spa area aswell. I received 2 absolute nogo during my stay. Really weak value for money, definitely not a 4-star accommodation. They change towels only every third day, so you have to visit the spa three times with the same towel (quite unhygienic). We stayed for 6 nights, during which the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The room wasn’t hovered, the bathroom floor wasn’t swept neither washed. Excellent location for a relaxing romantic getaway. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there are plenty programs provided by the Hotel. The food is amazing, we enjoyed every meal we had, and the staff is just lovely! Very attentive, kind and patient! Highly recommend, very good pricing and altogether a great experience!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfy rooms with great views. Service was amazing. There is a nice games room with pool, ping pong and lots of board games for the family to play in the evenings. Located right in nature with lots of nice walks easily accessible. Highly recommended.
