The hotel location is great, the garden is very, spacious, it has an own beach with sunbeds. There are kid club, playground, football, basketball court and outside kid's pool with slide. Inner wellness is great, not crowded. Our room was spacious with lake view balcony, it was very clean and nice room.
Breakfast and dinner was excellent, wide selection of food, the bar next to reception was also great, not busy with reasonable prices and nice bartenders.
Only bad point is the not really experinced staff in the restaurant, but it comes maybe from the seasonality of the hotel. Overall we had a great stay.

It was my 1st time to visit Club Tihany Bungalows. Location is really good, staff is nice, breakfast is tasty. The only thing I am not happy with that the bungalow did not seem perfectly cleaned which is really important specially during the covid. Also cobwebs must be removed. Anyway I am giving 5 * will be going back deffo

It is a good place for families. Good conditions of living. Air conditioning in every room, cleaning services on high level and cooking services as well-they were very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic dinners, superb Hungarian style meals, great choice. We were here for the fifth time. Pleasant large rooms, if you book the superior class with lake view, balcony (on which smoking is not allowed) and air condition in the main hotel building. Well kept grass beach, clear water, 1.20 m deep immediately after you enter. Occassionally you can see the grass snake in it. The beach bar offers good meals, however, it closes at 6 PM. Plenty of sport facilities.
This year the open air restaurant outside the building was closed, we loved to sit there for a drink in previous years. The Butterfly disco bar, although well furnished, lacks any style, and is usually empty. This year no option where to sit outdoors to have a drink or smoke after dinner, very sad, you have to go outside the club and go to Tihany town. On the way there, the Adler restaurant was nice, you can sit outside.
Taken together, five stars (because of the food and beach). But the lack of outdoor restaurant in the evening is a missed chance to be a truly superior resort.

I been here many many and more times. Whatever is a good old hotel 🏩 with a best beach of the northern Bank of the Balaton. Good Service! Fine food.
