Our recent stay in this room was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our experience in the hope that others will avoid this ordeal.
From the moment we walked in, it was evident that something was terribly wrong. The air conditioning emitted a pungent odor, and upon closer inspection, we discovered the horrifying truth - the unit was infested with fungus and mold. I've attached pictures that serve as evidence of the deplorable condition we were subjected to. The fact that the owner claimed the air conditioning is regularly maintained is beyond belief; anyone with even basic knowledge about air conditioners can see that this was far from the truth.
To make matters worse, the bathroom was no better. It was a breeding ground for mold, and the unhygienic state of the facilities was appalling. This not only made our stay uncomfortable, but it also triggered severe allergic reactions due to the mold spores present.
When we reached our breaking point and expressed our concerns to the owner, we were met with indifference and excuses. We insisted on leaving and requested a reimbursement for the remaining night, given the substandard and unsanitary conditions that were completely contrary to the agreed-upon standard. Shockingly, the owner refused to accommodate our request, leaving us with no choice but to leave.
As if that wasn't enough, the owner's attempt to address the mold issue in front of us was laughable at best. Using household cleaning products to clean the air conditioning system was both ineffective and indicative of a lack of understanding of proper maintenance procedures. This half-hearted attempt did nothing to address the root of the problem, and the mold will undoubtedly persist.
Additinally, parking for EUR 10/night is a ripoff, taking into account that is extremly difficult to park if you have got a large car.

The most unpleasant booking experience ever. We chose this place because of all the nice reviews. Everything seemed to be OK until a few day before we wanted to leave for our holiday. I booked and payed this guesthouse for 4 families with little children months before the intended holiday. Two days before we were supposed to be there, one of the families called to ask if he could get the keys to the guesthouse earlier and that is when we found out that the owner has not made the booking. He did gave the money back, but he created a huge discomfort for the whole group as we had to find in one day what we have previously organized in weeks. I would never recommend this guesthouse due to this. I gave 1 star only because there is no option for 0 stars.
