Great rooms, great pools, great food, great service!!!!! Cannot give enough praise! We loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer. We visited in March. Reachable by bus or taxis for those without a car.

Very relaxing break at this establishment. The rooms (not sure about the glass doors to the toilet facilities though!!) were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools. It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue....

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The food was delicious. The wellness is big and clean. The kids really liked the pools. There were children's programs almost all day. Nice and calm environment.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that the treadmill didn't function in the gym. The spa with the outdoor pools is exceptional, the view of the salt hill is breathtaking. Staff could smile more, but they are polite and helpful. Great place for relaxing and for going on excursions in the nearby mountains.

The hotel has a decent breakfast with enough variety to start the day, and the location is very convenient, near the city centre, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions.

Very uncomfortable... The room was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV and remote control were awful; there was no channel list, the remote worked intermittently, and the TV screen was tiny. The mattress was extremely thin, and there was no slatted frame, just a solid board – unacceptable and completely uncomfortable.

The Unicorn is the hotel of choice. It's in a great location for walking around the city. The exterior of the hotel seems to have been renovated, so it was a bit different from the interior, but there was a breakfast buffet and it was a comfortable stay.

I booked 6 rooms, we came to Eger with 12 people for a team building. The rooms were quite old, retro / old school. The rooms were clean. The hotel was in the city center, easily accessible. The staff was nice, check-in was quick and easy. The spa department was very bad: the jacuzzi fell apart and the jacuzzi water was dirty and sandy. For many of us, the breakfast was also disgusting, several day...

The food and dining experience in general was the best part about this hotel. The quality of the rooms should be brought up to the quality of the restaurant. But everything was fine the staff is kind and energetic in general.

The place looks really nice, you can feel that it well thought and quality material used. But. There are few things that gave me sore tongue for example: if I pay this much money on a hotel i expect things to be in the price.. but no.. i had to pay 500huf to just oay one round of air hockey.. like come on... The other thing what really bothered me is the hookas seance... There were plenty of mistake...

Spent a weekend here in the Romantic Suite recently. Everything was really good; the atmosphere, the staff, the rooms, the food, the wellness. This is how it should be for a really good hotel. We will definetely come back for more :)

Good dishes the service great. I love swallows and the hotel respects their nests(a huge plus to the management) but somehow they need to figure out how we live together. The balcony full of... guess what. The wellness section very good and cozy.

Beautiful place, nice designed room, special food and great helpful team. Located near the salt termal public bath, 5 min' driving.

Very respectful, helpful staff. Nice rooms and hotel services, and the SPA, although small, but really relaxing and well-maintained. Definitely recommended, especially for couples for a getaway
