Great rooms, great pools, great food, great service!!!!! Cannot give enough praise! We loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer. We visited in March. Reachable by bus or taxis for those without a car.

Very relaxing break at this establishment. The rooms (not sure about the glass doors to the toilet facilities though!!) were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools. It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue....

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The food was delicious. The wellness is big and clean. The kids really liked the pools. There were children's programs almost all day. Nice and calm environment.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that the treadmill didn't function in the gym. The spa with the outdoor pools is exceptional, the view of the salt hill is breathtaking. Staff could smile more, but they are polite and helpful. Great place for relaxing and for going on excursions in the nearby mountains.

The breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing, many choices and different every day. Nice location with great views. We went to the place by bus. The bus station is just outside. The outside pools were ok. The caves were relaxing, although the water was not very warm the day we went.

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good. The internal spa area is cozy, with all what is necessary to have a relaxing afternoon; in our case the last afternoon was ruined by a group of ladies who were partying in the spa, without being recalled...

One night in Eger One night. Realised family hotel after getting there. But inckuded dinner and breakfast. Not really great though. Had to move rooms could hearvthe bowling alley in our room. The pools and saunas were nice.

The rooms are a bit dated in design. We had a room with large windows facing the street and sidewalk, and we're not sure the curtains there did much to help with our privacy. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and lunch had great variety but the quality was 3/5, except the coffee bar when it was open at lunch which was 5/5. The dinner in the cellar was 4/5 - very beautiful with large portions but the taste/quality was lacking.

Nice, friendly and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Everything is clean and the rooms are large enough for you to stay there, not just sleep and go out. You need to pay for the parking a fair price, but then is watched through CCTV and more secure. The staff is really kind and helpful with all your needs and requests.

Rooms are clean. Small. Our original booking was for one person and no problem to change. However We asked one double bed and we were assured that it will be possible to arrange, but received two bed. Very friendly personnel. vailness great but noisy because lot of screaming kids.

The parking lot is small but there is usually plenty of space just outside

The room is very small, probably less than 10 square meters. The facilities are old and outdated. It's not even a four-star hotel. Under the banner of environmental protection, they even charge extra for changing bath towels every day. There is no daily cleaning. I stayed for three days and only received one cleaning (just made up the quilt). It's totally not worth the price.

This hotel was a great place to stay in Eger. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and everything (shower, intranet, etc) worked well. The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. One could easily walk to most parts of Eger from this hotel. I was surprise me to find out they charged for parking -- they said it was to pay for the security system...

It's a nice little hotel in the heart of Eger. The staff is very professional and the place is well kept, despite its age. I would have loved to have a water heater in the room with coffee and tea, but maybe it's not the same standard as we are used to in North America.

A friendly, family owned hotel within 7 min walking distance to the centre of Eger. WiFi throughout the hotel, spa, and… a Beatles museum! What is not to like? Under the hotel you find cosy win cellars where wine tasting is arranged. I recommend you exploring local red and white wine, not least the famous Egri bikavér!

The room was clear and comfortable. Breakfast venue a little small and food serving space was too squeezed. Coffee machine not functioning well. Long queue to get coffee.

We stayed at the Flora Hotel before the renovation and were very pleased with everything. But now it's fantastic. The food is excellent, and the saunas and cleanless, The connection to the thermal baths is fantastic. The room is spacious and the bathroom is very comfortable. Really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was updated and very clean. I is attached to the thermal bath and you are able to take advantage of this easily. It is a very nice place to stay in Eger. Very close to the city center and also to the Turkish spa. However, they serve only the breakfast, no lunch or dinner (even if they offer this on booking).

This was a great vacation. We were located quite in the centre, could park the car and the trailer which was essential. It was quiet and the rooms were freshly renewed. That and the fair price is what we liked. I like the quietness there - that is often so in Hungary. The only thing we missed was a climate system, but that is more than can be expected at such prices. We certainly come back again!

We had a lovely week! The apartment were clean, functional and spacy. The wellness was cozy with a nice view and plenty options to relax. The breakfast and dinner were good homemade meals. I recommend that hotel if you are looking for a human-sized place to relax.

Spent a weekend here in the Romantic Suite recently. Everything was really good; the atmosphere, the staff, the rooms, the food, the wellness. This is how it should be for a really good hotel. We will definetely come back for more :)
