Breakfast and dinner (half pension) is fantastic, nice food, plenty choices and good taste. Only downside, when we went back in the evening for a drink, there was no one at the bar, we waited for 15 minutes

Recommended to always keep at least 2 persons at the bar for a good service. The overall experience is great, which can be excellent if the above point is taken care off

In case of food allergies, feel free to contact them, whether you want a shake or want to inquire about the composition of a dish

Rooms are nice and tidy, bathroom is clean and large with a good shower. The bed is really comfortable and the pillows as well

Wonderful hotel! There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Great breakfast and dinner. Very nice room. And lovely staff. If I could, I would give it 10 stars. Just a fantastic hotel?

We spent 3 nights in this modern 4stars wellness hotel. Our room was on the second floor but there’s lift. Everything was all right, clean and comfortable

Regarding the wellness area, I found the swimming pool water a bit cold, and it was a pity that the steam cabin was out of order. However, the saunas and the bucket shower were excellent

Every day there were different types of dishes. For dinner there were some appetizers, at least two soups, chicken, pork, beef, side dishes, vegetables, sauces

I stayed at the hotel as a solo business traveler, and the experience exceeded my expectations

The dessert is not their best skill but still there was always something sweet. Even when it is busy you can still find place for activities. You have discount for a massage of choice. The room was comfortable and quiet

We were satisfied with all services. The staff is very kind and always smiling. We had half board, both the breakfast and the dinner were quite varied with many different hot and cold dishes

I would especially like to highlight the attitude of the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout; whatever I asked for, they handled immediately and with a smile

I am from Brighton, the United Kingdom. The Hotel is amazing, situated in an idyllic place, the closest accommodation to the Cave Bath. The wellness area of the hotel is exquisite, we enjoyed ourselves like in heaven

The wellness section was included in the price and we really enjoyed the pools. Unfortunately, the gym was closed, and I couldn't open the door, but it wasn't necessary to ask for help at the reception

The room was clean, shower was hot with good pressure (though the door wouldn't close all the way so it got the floor wet). The wifi, fridge, AC and TV all worked. The bed was comfortable enough

You can take a bus for 15 minutes into town (number 20 bus stop across the street) and you can walk 10 minutes to the cave baths

There was no housekeeping but whenever I wanted a new towel, I would just ask and they'd give back

Nice place close to the cave spa. Around five minutes walk through a park. The ellipsum located on the other side of the road. Helpful staff, tasty breakfast with good coffee, and stable WiFi

I just spent two nights at Fortuna Hotel. My room was small but clean and I had everything that I needed. They assisted me in every way. bringing me the most delicious meals

An old hotel very close to the city center. It's an older style hotel (rooms have physical keys and not key cards), but they are clean and overall OK

Good for a stopover The hotel was easy to find and nice to stopover for a night. A little bit outdated, but well kept. Nice to use the sauna as well.

The staffs are all very nice and willing to help! The foods in its restaurant are very nice! As an Asian, I didn’t expect the food suits my taste so much! The quality of the meats and the way they cook are so nice!

On the flip side, and saying beforehand that this is a more personal issue, the curtains in the hotel were not blackout. This meant that I would get woken up by the light every day early unless I wore a mask

Excellent small family hotel/pension in a perfect location in the park near the sports hall. Trouble-free parking, beautiful large and clean rooms, comfortable beds and a peaceful environment without distractions

Staff was really helpful, the new rooms look amazing and the breakfast had enough choices to start a day properly, though I had wished for some more cereal choices or perhaps prepared fruit

It would be nice if there were different shower heads as the current one shoots water quite hard on the skin. Other than that, had a great time there and would definitely visit again!

The breakfast is rich with a very pleasant service, which brewed excellent coffee and constantly provided missing food to the buffet tables. I appreciate fresh Hungarian pastries

A traditional experience,with clean,cozy rooms in a vintage decorated villa-hotel ,confort food and a quiet neighborhood. The staff ,very polite and comunicative.

1 metal rod on the stairs holding the carpet in place is loose/broken. I mentioned it to reception they did acknowledge it but did nothing. Perhaps glue it on if you do not have a replacement metal strip

It might seem like an unusual selection compared to other hotels’ more “international” breakfast spreads, but it has its own charm, especially after being away from Miskolc — and Hungary — for 22 years

It was exactly what I needed after a delayed flight! Breakfast was super Hungarian, which was comforting: fresh bread, delicious salami and cheese, and the good old TV paprika (a pointy sweet pepper)

The rooms are a little dated, but it didn’t bother me in the slightest. They were clean, comfortable, and had a certain charm. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return

Didn't stay there but we had breakfast there and although the buffet was quite small, it was still good and we were full after so I'd rate it five stars.

It was a nice, very comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. It is just a short walk into the town square or a hike up to the mast for a great view of the area

The room was confortable, had a great breakfast and an excellent city center location. Spent one night there. The staff was helpful, check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room and the facilities were clean.
