Regarding the wellness area, I found the swimming pool water a bit cold, and it was a pity that the steam cabin was out of order. However, the saunas and the bucket shower were excellent

Every day there were different types of dishes. For dinner there were some appetizers, at least two soups, chicken, pork, beef, side dishes, vegetables, sauces

I stayed at the hotel as a solo business traveler, and the experience exceeded my expectations

The dessert is not their best skill but still there was always something sweet. Even when it is busy you can still find place for activities. You have discount for a massage of choice. The room was comfortable and quiet

I would especially like to highlight the attitude of the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout; whatever I asked for, they handled immediately and with a smile

I always choose this hotel in Miskolc. They have parking place, ok breakfast, big nice rooms and AC( when it does work). Breakfast is ok , I have seen worse. So all together I guess that is the best hotel in town

Good location, easy to park. Not far from city Center. Rooms facing the main road can be a noisy from the traffic. It has high standard, spacey rooms and a fairly good breakfast.

Recommended to always keep at least 2 persons at the bar for a good service. The overall experience is great, which can be excellent if the above point is taken care off

Breakfast and dinner (half pension) is fantastic, nice food, plenty choices and good taste. Only downside, when we went back in the evening for a drink, there was no one at the bar, we waited for 15 minutes

Rooms are nice and tidy, bathroom is clean and large with a good shower. The bed is really comfortable and the pillows as well

I am from Brighton, the United Kingdom. The Hotel is amazing, situated in an idyllic place, the closest accommodation to the Cave Bath. The wellness area of the hotel is exquisite, we enjoyed ourselves like in heaven

Our first room smelled like smoke, but the staff quickly gave us a bigger one, which was nice. The room was large, with a huge bathroom. However, it had no kettle or coffee machine

It was exactly what I needed after a delayed flight! Breakfast was super Hungarian, which was comforting: fresh bread, delicious salami and cheese, and the good old TV paprika (a pointy sweet pepper)

Didn't stay there but we had breakfast there and although the buffet was quite small, it was still good and we were full after so I'd rate it five stars.

On the flip side, and saying beforehand that this is a more personal issue, the curtains in the hotel were not blackout. This meant that I would get woken up by the light every day early unless I wore a mask

The panzio is fortunate to have a supreme location and a very conscious and kind housekeeper, Kati who tried her absolute best to be as accommodating as she could under the depilatory conditions

The first impression was excellent all the way until one problem after the other kept popping up. The hairdryer did not work at all. The towels are due for replacement

We stayed in one of the most beautiful hotels in Hungary in June 2025. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do in the area

The lobby bar has a special athmosphere and if you visit during winter you can enjoy the fireplace. We had lunch one day, the a la carte has great variety and quality

We had dinner one night here, our waitress Erika, was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful and prompt. Well priced , good portion sizes and so we returned for lunch two days later. Highly recommend.

The food was incredible and the wild boar lasagne is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Breakfast was very generous with a selection of traditional Hungarian dishes as well as western options

we had an amazing meal with the local Vargánya-Soup and the Local FishMeal ( Pisztráng) that was magnificent as well. The entire place is situated in a. valley surrounded by mountains, with a huge serene lakeshore

Some minor points on which the host could make improvements is like closing the kids playroom earlier than 21:00 as the noise is very disturbing for the nearby room's occupants or a bit of more attention from the waiters (I waited 30 minutes for a bottled beer and once they brought water instead of the ordered beverage)

They run a perfect kitchen, super spa and very attentive service. The panorama jacuzzi in Szahel Spa really worth a visit. Valentine Day's Sauna Sessions with Richárd were also remarkable

There are live meerkats and kangaroos, a maze in the garden, and the large and elaborate playground has to be the best I've ever seen, including the "cypher towers" where children can learn the basics of encryption by sending coded messages to each other

I stay in this hotel as part of my work (up until now for 4 weeks). I think that it is a very nice hotel with very kind workers. I sometimes get to the hotel very late, and there is always someone at the reception

All this said, we would most certainly return and found the place good value and located immediately next to the wonderful baths (with entry generously allowed both on the full day you check-in and the full day you check-out, unlike many Hungarian thermal hotels where entry is often limited)

We visited Tiszaújváros because we wanted to spend a couple of days soaking in the excellent medicinal thermal waters here - so we were very pleasantly surprised to discover such a great hotel that made our stay super special

Bed was supergood, and I slept with no problems. We stayed in the Hotel for the dinner, wish was good. but best was the staff in the bar that was up for some small talk. Breakfast, have all that that is needed

The food was excellent quality - although we would have appreciated a little more emphasis on vegetarian options

It would be *very* difficult to be vegan here, but the vegetarian dinner options were good as long as you don't have other dietary constraints (such as avoiding gluten or dairy)

The stay also includes free access to the excellent sauna section - we spent hours and hours enjoying it all!

It was good, it was calm, but without the introduction of other programs it would be boring for me to spend more than 3 days here, but nevertheless it is a very good place!

Our little girl really enjoyed the pony ride, it was a real experience and absolutely affordable. The people who worked here were helpful and kind. Next time we will try the restaurant as well, it is now left out

Great place, we were with a 3 year old kid and all three of us had a great time! 🙂 The car park could be bigger, but luckily you can also stop by the driveway

The front desk also has an employee, torn black jeans, and a blue nike slipper that doesn't fit there at all 🤭 On arrival we were a lovely young man, on the second day this torn young man in jeans, on the day of our journey a lovely lady! These are “little things,” but they matter a lot

The breakfast included at the high rated restaurant was very nice. With such high cleaning standards and such a nice breakfast I think it's really good value for money

We got room number 2 which was located on the first floor with a balcony to view on the castle. The room is not huge but includes a small fridge with drinks and sweets. Short walk distance almost everywhere

We stayed here for two nights while wine tasting in Eger. We had a nice little apartment (room 6 - although not so great for my husband who is 6’5” because we were on the top floor and the ceilings slanted

A beautiful and well organized hotel, located a few meters away from the medieval fortress. Everyone at the hotel was nice and ready to help. We also liked the garage that can accommodate about 10 cars.

The food was great, although the menu is short, but each meal was tasty and the portion was good. But the best part is the spa and wellness area. The size of the pool and sauna area is excellent for a hotel of this size

You can feel the history and the culture radiates from the walls of the building! Actually it is an interesting fact that they used some of the stones from the castle when the hotel was built

They do provide a breakfast buffet every morning with yoghurt, fruit, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, bread and a delicious cheese and bacon scrambled eggs

The location was perfectly situated on Market Square near some lovely restaurants which made us feel like we were a part of the excitement of the city

Good for an 8 because it lacked a jacuzzi. It could have had one or two, more bubbles, and more frequent water jets. There are loungers at the pool, and sunbeds and umbrellas outside

I think every room has a balcony. The rooms are a good size with king size beds, a desk, a small table and a mini bar. Coffee and tea facilities are not provided. Beer or wine glasses are not provided in the rooms

And the food? Congratulations to the chefs! Delicious! And so much of it! Something different every day, always something super tasty. Delicious freshly ground coffee, with a choice of cold or hot milk, almond or soy

With white or brown sugar and sweetener. The bread and croissants disappeared quickly because they were the best. Okay, as for the food, it's a 10. As for the pools, it's a 10 again

Wellness and Spa is excellent, sauna programs are also good. Not too crowded, so you can enjoy both the thermal bath and other pools

Beer and juice from the fridge for 10 złoty. The rooms are large and nice, with a table and soft armchairs, toiletries, and a bathrobe. A very enjoyable stay, I'd gladly return

We went with a big family, we were accommodated in 2 rooms next to each other. Both rooms were Themed Battle of Thrones, a 2-person Snowy Jon and a 4-person Deaenerys Targaryen-inspired room

Realised family hotel after getting there. But inckuded dinner and breakfast. Had to move rooms could hearvthe bowling alley in our room. The pools and saunas were nice

My only concern was with my bedroom which was a single room but very small. The bathroom was even smaller and you could hardly use the shower due to its size and I am not the largest person

The rooms are a bit dated in design. We had a room with large windows facing the street and sidewalk, and we're not sure the curtains there did much to help with our privacy. The appliances don't always work properly

It sort of threw me -- why did they need a security system if this was a safe area? But it was only 5 euros a night, and it turned out there wasn't enough spaces for one night, so we had to park on the street

We found a spot very close to the hotel and had no issues. The hotel had a mineral bath, but unfortunately we never had a chance to use it. But they provided robes for the baths, which was a nice touch

The wine cellar tour with wine tasting offered to us, by an English-language leaflet, turned out to be exclusively in Hungarian. It's not entirely clear what the Beatles Museum does at the hotel

There is TV and a safe in the rooms, and the bathroom is also big enough
