We had the superior rooms which were quite spacey. Bathroom is a bit old. But the rooms had a nice view on the historic church across the street. (Bells at 6:00). Perfect location for a stroll around the city.
The pools and saunas were very nice to relax. Everything is a bit old but still does for a comfortable stay.

In 2025, it is unacceptable to receive what feels like an automated, Chatgpt style response from a hotel’s customer service team in a situation like this. We only asked whether a small gesture, such as a complimentary breakfast, could be offered after discovering that the entire spa area was closed.

The response we received was cold, superficial, and dismissive, essentially stating that we could have cancelled our trip. This showed a complete lack of empathy and human understanding. No one trained in real customer service would communicate this way in a face-to-face situation.

I strongly recommend that senior management reviews how guest communication is handled and invests in better training or more suitable people for customer-facing roles. Hospitality should feel human, not automated.

Great place to visit if you are travelling through Hungary.Rooms were very clean and staff were polite.The breakfast was great with plenty of choice for everyone.I would certainly recommend this hotel.

In the very center of Kecskemét this hotel is the best choice for those who want to spend some chilling days there!

Nice hotel in the city center of Kecskemet, clean and cosy room, kind personnel. Rich breakfast menu. Be aware that swimming pool and SPA are open from 10 am till 8 pm. Parking in front of hotel Is limited to 8-10 cars only and you need to park somewhere around which is in the "blue" zone or you have to park in the closest mall (300-500m away).
