Tabàn Vendégház Mini-hotel in Balatonlelle

We booked accommodation for one night on August 20th. The next day the lady called to see if we were going? Naturally! The next day we left, the phone came from the same lady again in the morning to see if we were going ?? ... we said we were already on our way. We arrive at about 14-15 half ... 12h half the lady called again to see if we were going ?? You had already told us then that we would be redirected to another accommodation, but let’s go to them first. He was already suspicious then ... We didn't even want to go to the other accommodation, because we were looking for accommodation right on the beach. Arguing there, they told me, in the midst of great chaos, that supposedly their room was floating so they couldn't receive us !! Of course .... I would add that we also talked to the lady (who called) and another gentleman at the reception! The hotel was full of guests, a family of 6 in front of us !! got accommodation for the day !! We didn't one day .... Without equipment we were finally able to stay in a campsite ... About 2 hours later the phone came from the lady again, so what were we talking about then ?? We're going????? And we talked to him in person there !!! It has also been stipulated in our hearts that if we no longer ask for the other accommodation, we will cancel as soon as possible ... (I think that those looking for accommodation can still book with them, who will also be redirected to the other accommodation to fill it) .... In a word. .. I do not recommend them to anyone! If you are looking for reliable, fixed accommodation, do not book with them! It was a big disappointment !! After reading the reviews here, it looks like it's a habit with them ....

We spent one night here. We arrived first, we had to wait a bit but there was no problem with that! However, the room we were given was terribly old-fashioned. To the bathroom with a huge cobweb spider above the toilet, the lamp just flickered, there was no power in the connector. The connector in the room came out of the wall, the beds were hard, the bed clothes were old, the one of the "pillows" was made of cotton wool, the blinds could not be rolled bad, the carpet was perforated. Balatonlelle on the other hand Beautiful, but look no further for this Hotel!

We had "luck" to spend a night here in early August, on a trip to room 11 .. Basement room for 4 people with 2-2 "pushed together" french beds, musty smell of mold, TV. The room was quite spacious, about 6x4.5m high, with narrow windows above the sidewalk level. The toilet-shower was also spacious, it could be said to be huge, it was a pity to put it together, if there was already so much space for her. The room had a total of 2 outlets behind the beds on the opposite walls. One could have connected the side, the television placed on the ground, with the antenna cord coming down on the wall opposite to him, with an extension 1.
The whole thing was exacerbated by the animal behavior of the humanoid young people housed in the attic of the neighboring boarding house. From 2 a.m. to 4 p.m., through the open window, they "talked" arguing, shouting, and even screaming from one of the drunk's full throats, unable to calm him down, then he started even more. But this is not what the staff of the Tabán hotel can do.
For that much money, we could have gotten a regular room at Takács Sándor u. In Sibiu. 44. Nádas hotel + breakfast included in the price. What we consumed there anyway.
The staff was kind, cheerful, polite anyway, but our room is unfortunately below standard.
We also talked to other 1 night guests, they weren’t delighted with their room either.

Huge disappointment. I booked the accommodation on szallas.hu. 50m² room with balcony, private bathroom, private toilet. Surely, I must have agreed with the hostel over the phone that this case really has such advantages. Everything was confirmed in the room as well. So I hinted in advance.
In reality, essentially nothing has been accomplished. Approx. 10m2 room without balcony, combined with shower and toilet. All half were without basic equipment: Drying bed, shower outlet, socket and night light level were missing items. The cupboards cracked, its doors torn. Stained carpet, stained wall and I can list.
After that, of course, I spoke about the obvious differences and gaps. According to them, the order page is responsible for that. When asked about the telephone record, the fact that a colleague who was no longer working there brought it was not clear. We've heard this before ... (ironia)
We postponed the three nights, we just went to sleep for the accommodation, in the main season we didn't have the opportunity to change boarding houses.
Many residents complained of similar shortcomings. The leader juggled the seats. They came together as a home for example, instead of booking 2 double rooms, one room with two brains was provided. I witnessed that bookings were canceled and families were moved to other rooms, so that I would scour the newcomers somewhere. Rank organized a large company, who, with a self-organized title, with the full support of the leader, adapted the common spaces to the dining room, the kitchen and the garden to a considerable part.
It was Botrany! Their advertisement and information is purposefully appealing, there is no restaurant, no swimming pool, prices are not real. The common areas as well as the condition of the rooms are neglected, our equipment is scarce and time consuming. With the current manager, the accommodation is in its current state, I do not recommend it to anyone!
