It is a nice modern hotel, with a very kind staff, good selection of food for breakfast and supper. Lots of entertainment opportunities. The only downside of things is that you have to pay for drinks at supper time even as a hotel guest. In most hotels I have stayed at drinks were always included in the price.

Very good hotel service but rooms too small for a 4* hotel. The bathroom also lacked liquid soap at the sink. Sensational spa area, several pools and jacuzzi. Many saunas. Water in the pools 30-32 C. Good food for breakfast and dinner.

My family and I were there in March 2025 for a conference and we really liked it. The amenities were great. The food was always professionally prepared and delicious with some variety. We had an easy time using the extra features like the sauna and the bowling alley and such.

A great hotel and a wonderful venue for the annual English Teachers' Conference. The atmosphere here is cozy, warm, and beautiful. The grounds are very well-maintained, and the restaurant is quite decent. On top of that, the location is very convenient and easy to reach!

It was my third stay there - I love the place. Handsome rooms with pretty bathrooms, convenient place for different occasions, and the best thing about the hotel is the staff and the restaurant - everybody wants you to be satisfied with everything, and the food is super - delicious. The spa is also cool.

Staying at this hotel near Lake Balaton was truly a pleasure. Its location, close to Siofok's city center, is perfect for relaxation. The spa, though small, features excellent saunas, and the staff is both kind and attentive. Highly recommend for a peaceful autumn retreat!

The best hotel for local and international guests who want to have a lovely relaxing luxurious holiday. Rooms carefully cleaned regularly, food is exceptional, the staff is always so friendly and kind and helps in case of need during the day or night. There are good and bad things, the bad part first: It's not worth getting full pension, as they serve the same food all week, with no variety but the taste is not bad. I recently stayed here for one night and this was an ok experience. Check-in was smooth but lacked a bit of friendliness; no smiles, no 'welcome to our hotel', The room was big and clean as was the bathroom, but in comparison with the room size, this was a small area. It was an easy process. We felt safe and the breakfast was delicious.

Hotel staff were courteous but will benefit from additional customer service training such as smiling and show some excitement about the work.

The prices are okay, as is the service, but the food would not be something I would recommend. The soup and the main dish were mediocre at best. The rice, for example, was one of the worst rice I've ever eaten, totally bland and way overcooked. The dessert was pretty good though.

Really nice hotel. It reminds me style 1930 from the inside, 1970 from the outside. Room for 3 was huge, 2 rooms. Clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, not so huge variaty, but so so tafesfull. I would come to this hotel the next time!

Itt was an amazenig place and people.

Me and my fiancé had a great experience here, the rooms are super cosy and vibey. The facilities here are placed well as you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Balaton while relaxing. I can honestly say even after 2 nights here I feel refreshed and pampered. One of the staff members, Lia was so friendly and accommodating too which really enhanced how pleasant this destination is.

Don't judge a book by its cover This hotel may be old school with dated decoration but it is spotless. The rooms are clean, the beds are new and comfortable and the staff is helpful. The location is quiet, but close to the beach (5 min), and about a 15-minute walk from restaurants and small stores. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was right on the beach and my room had filtered water views with spectacular sunsets. Breakfast was pleasant but didn’t cater for gluten free so limited me to eggs. The coffee was good. The rooms were average, we went in off season so the streets were empty and access to beach wasnt possible. But the hotel had wellness services which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in our plan which was decent and had sufficient options (considering it was off seasons and had limited guests). The hotel is quite nice but definitely not 5* hotel. We have a junior suite with a view. Room is nice but there is no dishes and they did not changed our dirt sheet in three days, they took our small towels, but did not give new. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was OK, personel nice. But beware: paking is hard to find and is a bit expensive. It's close to the lake. However, if you don't have a car, it's hard to get there from the train station. Although there is a bus line, there are only around 3 or 4 buses in the afternoon. There is a pool and a hot tub on the ground floor. Its nice to unwind there. The breakfast is good too.

For a short passing through stay ok. Very close to the lake . Rooms slowly looking tired. Shower room and bathroom on our arrival not very clean. We stayed for 5 nights in the new wing. The room was great — large and spacious. What I really couldn’t understand was that the TV was placed on a stand in the middle of the room, completely unsecured. With a baby, this was extremely dangerous, we constantly had to watch to make sure it wouldn’t fall on him. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. We were there in low season midweek. The hotel has been recently renovated, everything, including the spa and thermal facilities, was new, modern, clean and well working. A beautiful hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, the equipment of the rooms is at a sufficient level. The hotel itself offers a number of side activities as well as relaxation opportunities. The hotel staff is very nice, but not all of them can communicate fluently in english. But well, you can always negotiate here.
