Awful service, lot of spiders everywhere, no hand soap, loud and crackling bed. We asked for lactose free lunch in advance and they couldn't give us anything when we wanted to eat and it was a lot of money for the nothing! Not recommended for anyone ever!

Brand new food and beverage team, borh breakfast and dinner is a completely different level compared to last year. Great improvement. The hotel is a fantastic price per value choice!

Dirty room also a lot of spiders. They use chlorine when "clean" the floor. I'm not happy. I won't repeat this experience.

It is OK.
Not the most modern or comfortable hotels on the beach, fortunately however it was part of PAW 2020, which made my stay here so much more fun.

from Budapest by car for an hour in Siofok. direct Balatonpart is almost in the city center. polite service

The hotel has its pros and cons. I would give it 5 stars because of the value you get.
We have on the good side:
- affordable prices
- friendly staff
- daily cleaning service
- huge breakfast buffet
- nice pool area
- direct access to private beach (safe)
- lake view from all rooms
cons:
- small rooms
- no Wi-Fi in rooms, only entrance and pool area*
- used equipment, esp. bathroom**
- no free parking***
(*) Wi-Fi speed is almost zero. Unusable. It worked tho on level 6 room with ipad and iphone next to balcony. Pro-tip: Go to the restaurant next door and ask for the Wi-Fi code while enjoying your Espresso.
(**) they changed the sink water filter after I ask for repair
(***) park for free in next parallel streets

Buffet area was completely renewed. Breakfast ist five star. Staff always friendly. Room was now more clean, some LED in bathroom need to be replaced. The location and the overall experience makes it a very good place. Absolute recommendation for families with kids (2-12y). Will come back next year.
