it is a very simple but comfortable hotel with good services. Directly connected to the thermal bath and medical center.

Good value for the money, probably fine for adults. But with kids, the mobile homes were too far from the spa, we ended up driving. Also, the kids pools were closed for the winter and we weren't notified until after we arrived.

Food is like 9 out of 10. Good, but not outstanding.

It's near the termal complex. Small but cozy mobile homes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the ability to park a car near the door. Good sauna with thermal baths.

Nice calm place, great for family's with small children and or if you can entertain yourself with sports. The surrounding cities are well worth visiting, fx. Sarvar. The water is red, as lava, hot but not to hot. The camping site is well maintained and clean.

Maybe for 1 night stay Maybe suitable for 1 night stay if you get it cheap. Safe park for motorcycle. Bedsheets were not comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.

Very well located, just in front of the main entrance to Sarvar spa over the road. Keys needed to be picked-up at the reception few hundreds of meters in direction to the city center, but all was quick and convenient. Comfort in another country! First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It was very nice, the food was good...the staff was nice...the only thing that bothered us were the many stink bugs that we had in our room. We had to get rid of them because I wouldn't have been able to sleep without them....the thermal baths, on the other hand, were great, pleasant water

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

Our apartment was big, clean, well equipped and very close to the thermal baths❤️ The food is beyond perfect 👌🏻 I had a perfectly made rib-eye steak. The restaurant has a great range of wines and palinkas, everything we tasted was amazing. I thank our hosts, the chefs and the waiters for making our stay so memorable 🙏🏼

All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel! The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good. The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy...

The whole hotel is smutty. It is not worth the price, there are better thermal hotels in Western Hungary. I do not suggest this hotel. The are still renovatinh We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

Fair for the price. Unfortunately, it’s visible that we are talking about a hotel which is more than 20 years old. The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges. However the food was OK, despite the fact that there are not so much gluten-free options.

We stayed in Premium rooms and they were great, with a balcony and nice big beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and at the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have minor issues in our room but everything was fixed quickly and swiftly. Next to the hotel there is an adventure park with obstacles for all ages. Great experience and recommend to anyone

Golf and relaxation, pleasure and leisure. Well-maintained and beautyfull golf course, modern hotel. The cuisine is impeccable, the selection is adequate. On the golfcourse the greens could be harder, faster, the bunkers softer, but it's still above average.

Newly renovated hotel with many entertainment options. They also thought about how you can spend your time in case of bad weather (spa, sauna, bowling, inside golf, ect…) The hotel is child-friendly, but there are quiet zones ..

When we came in they forgot to give us a fridge and there wasn't any AC. The pool was great tho. Not really worth the 4 stars but it was alright.

The food is great and the service is excellent.The only little problem we had is no soap in the bathroom but the front desk helped with some kind of used bottle of deusce. No shampoo and conditioner too.beside that we had a great time in the spa.

Bük is still more a village than a town, so I feel very important that the hotel has really nice and decent architecture. From the street view you see something similar to the village pension and inside you will find a large and modern hotel but again with a decent architecture. As I have written before, this place is a miracle! Tastefully decorated rooms, kind owner, divine breakfast! The environment is really calm, ideal for relaxation. Szombathely by car approx. 15 minutes. It is only open from spring to autumn, but you can book on the website and it also shows when it is available. We will definitely go again, thank you! 😊

A very quiet, peaceful environment, cleanliness and very comfortable rooms awaited us in this beautiful mansion. Veronika was incredibly kind and caring. We received a very delicious breakfast.
