Spa access, food selection, parking.

Guests are generally classified as fraudsters. After asking for the room number at the dining room entrance, the drinks cellar asks for a room number card for the first time in 6 days!! We don't get any drinks. After immediately complaining to reception, nothing happens. After dinner, we asked again at reception and the dining room manager came over. There was no common language and of course no understanding. Then the head of the hotel was asked: the hotel has problems with guests who give incorrect room numbers!! Therefore, guests should be able to show their room card. We found out about this after 6 days! Great, different procedures and the guests find out nothing. I have never experienced anything like this in over 40 years of traveling. Rooms are only cleaned superficially, glasses are not replaced. Bathrobes have holes in them and are outdated. This was our first and last stay in this hotel chain.

All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel!
The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good.
The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great.
Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal)
Some meals had wrong allergy information.
The thermal spa area has a strong smell because of the healing water, so you have to get used to the smell (not the hotels fault!). The thermal spa itself is definitly worth a visit because of their many pools and large, beautiful park area.
Some staff members have been unmotivated, but it was okay.
Would definitly stay there again!

We booked a deluxe room with a balcony for 2 adults and 1 child in the west wing. Today we were given a room WITHOUT a balcony, without even being informed of this at check-in. When we asked, we received neither a plausible explanation nor an apology. The hotel employee also refused to put us in the room category we had booked and paid for. In the room we were given, it is over 30 degrees, the air conditioning does not work, and there is no mosquito net. The employee at reception initially said that someone would come to fix the air conditioning. After no one came, the same employee informed us that hotels do not have air conditioning in the spring. Again, no apology. According to the booking confirmation, we were of course given an air-conditioned room.

The whole hotel is smutty. It is not worth the price, there are better thermal hotels in Western Hungary. I do not suggest this hotel. Room: There isn't kettle, the magnetic card lock frequently often jammed. Food: The food is worse than the average. There are 16-18 year old cooks in the kitchen without any qualifications. The meals are tipically extremly salted or the other parts are unsalted. The coffee is worse than on low-cost flights. There are few coffee machines, you should wait in the queue 10-15 minutes. Bar: The service is rude. The bartender unceremoniously told me he could not serve me for at least 20 minutes. Reception desk: It's terrible. We had to wait in the queue more than half hour to check out.

Very nice bed, quiet room. Fantastic food, buffet permanently fulfilled. Beverages the whole day, good beer, nice red vine, some shots in the evening, and champagne in the morning. Excellent connection with spa meeting all expectations.

Full service. Hotel, restaurant and spa all in one. Just relax. One star less because of not so good covid measures.

The hotel was clean, the food was simple, but every dinner was quite nice and well planned even within a seemingly tight budget-cudos to the chef for this, he is doing a marvelous job. As in other hotels, due to the pandemic, there were several breakfast "groups" to limit the number of people being in the same room, therefore in any group you have a 45 minute frame to consume your meals.
The spa was okay (the hotel also has its own inner pool), its convenient that the hotel is connected to the thermal bath of the town.The robes received for spa wear are changed in every 6 days.
Due to full capacity, room cleaning has to be requested either at reception or by door hanger. Rooms could do with a bit of restyling or renovation.
Overall service was always very nice and hotel staff polite and helpful.
We also got welcome drinks that was a nice touch upon arrival.
Considering that breakfast, dinner, parking and spa day entry was included in the price of our room, this hotel has a good price/offer ratio.

We stayed for ca 10 days. The service was below average. The fact that the hotel tried to save money on every little thing caused much more than minor inconveniences. Not a day passed by without some surprises such as no room cleaning without specificially asking, overcharging for a bottle of water at dinner, messing up simple cocktails, asking us to start leaving the jacuzzi 20 minutes before closing, not changing the sheets during our entire stay despite their promise to do so several times. Huge disappointment, definitely not worth the money!
