The are still renovatinh
We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.

We have never had such a negative experience with a hotel before. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving just 24 hours after checking in. A significant part of the garden was closed off due to construction work, which was a major letdown for us and especially for our children. The “dragon disco” – a favorite activity for them – wasn’t held in the park as advertised, but instead in the lobby, and only for a very short time. It felt like 1/10 of what was promised. In the evening, a sewage pipe burst in the basement near the playroom. It took an hour and a half before we were able to return to the ground floor without wading through water. To make matters worse, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor in the hallway in front of our room on the 4th floor. One positive: the bed was extremely comfortable (10/10). Overall, though, the conditions were not what we expected, and we could not stay longer.

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking.

Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

Hello, Overall it was our very pleasant stay in your Hotel. We were bit dissapointed regarding partialy not working airconditon and thermal pool out of order, despite that it was enjoyable vacation.

Very nice hotel with clean, modern rooms. Highlights include the sauna world and the good food. Particularly noteworthy - and thus a big compliment to the hotel management - is the outstanding condition and playability of the outdoor tennis courts this year (04/2024) compared to previous years. Please, Danubis team, maintain this quality. There is some room for improvement in the attentiveness of the service staff. Overall, it was once again a great experience

i love the improvement in some floors. the rooms are amazing and the light there is really thought trough! Surruoundings of the hotel are beautiful! Selection of pools is big enough and you won't be bored there! If you aren't a pool person, theres more fun activities downstairs such as bowling, pinpong and many others. Your stomach will always be full with this food. U can even find here vegan and kids options! The food here is delicious! Definitely worth it!!
