We stayed in Premium rooms and they were great, with a balcony and nice big beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and at the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have minor issues in our room but everything was fixed quickly and swiftly. Next to the hotel there is an adventure park with obstacles for all ages. Great experience and recommend to anyone

Fair for the price. Unfortunately, it’s visible that we are talking about a hotel which is more than 20 years old. The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges. However the food was OK, despite the fact that there are not so much gluten-free options.

From first stay one week on febr.2024 to now june 2025 It's shocking to see how the spa hotel is going downhill (poor management, no investment, lack of competent staff...), only the food was still good!

The rooms were very spacious, clean, well equipped. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful. The food was absolutely fabulous, it greatly exceeded our expectations. Incredible choice, everything fresh, regularly replenished.
On the other hand, the spa was disappointing. In building A, the first part is for adults only. The whirlpools in the thermal pool don't turn on, even one of the 2 thermal pools was drained on Sunday, the sauna and Turkish bath didn't work, the tepidarium worked but it smelled really bad. In building B the pool is quite cold, the whirlpools turn on in 3 sections, 4-6 stations each, totally inadequate for such amputn of people, and we were still out of season, bar was out of order. Sauna world is more for pictures for the web. There were 6 saunas and a salt cave advertised. So the infrasauna has capacity for 2 people, the biosauna for 3 people, the herb sauna 3 people and no herbs smell in it. That leaves 2 finnish saunas and a steam room - they were fine. Kneipp walkway was out of order, no cooling pool was here.
The demand for extra payment for parking, here in the middle of nowhere, is ridiculous, so we parked outside the hotel area.

The hotel is way far from 4 stars. Old, bad looking furnitures, very uncomfortable beds, not well cleaned parts of the full building. Restaurant is also far from 4 stars, such as the wellness. Restaruranr in the spa is very cold, imagine you wait there while you are wet from swimming... Food is not delicious, drinks like lemonade is terrible sweet without real taste. Uncomfortable beds with pillows like they are stuffed with balls, painful to sleep on. No insect screen so try to get some fresh air into your room without many mosquitos or other bugs... For this price range you can choose many other 4 star hitels which are truly 4 stars. This one is maximum 3 stars.

Disgusting, unsightly environment. They do superficial cleaning, the building is run down. We intentionally booked into the renovated “newer” section, we informed them in a separate email that we had higher demands (read: CLEANLINESS), instead we got a dirty, cobwebbed, limescale room. Since we arrived with children and friends, there was no option to leave the hotel immediately, whose children would understand. We asked for cleaning on the second day, and besides our bed being made, we didn’t even get a vacuuming. (I wish that was the problem)

My partner and I spent a wonderful birthday weekend here. The room was made according to my special requests, it was very romantic! The breakfast and dinner were of outstanding quality, varied and very plentiful. I would highlight the tea section, I really liked this herbal tea solution and also the fact that they made scrambled eggs every morning for which we selected the ingredients. From the spa section, I would highlight the sauna and the seances, as well as the people working there. They prepared lots of surprises and delicacies for us. We spent the whole afternoon there. I recommend it to everyone wholeheartedly, whether as a birthday surprise or for a long weekend!
