Modern, stylish place with chill-house background music. They have some exciting combinations of pasta and risotto. The location is also nice with a view of the main suare. The duck was a bit tough.

This place is fantastic. Owner looks after guests and the place with care. Everything is very tidy and refreshed. Quiet. Good location with restaurants just up the road for dinner. Very good amenities. Bikes available for example. Would highly recommend.

Small hotel, but the family room was enormous and very comfortable. There was a little pool the kids could splash in and a nice buffet breakfast. Owner was very friendly and also spoke English. Seemed a bit isolated at first, but turned out there were two restaurants within a few minutes walk. Fair for the price. Unfortunately, it’s visible that we are talking about a hotel which is more than 20 years old. The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges. However the food was OK, despite the fact that there are not so much gluten-free options.

We stayed in Premium rooms and they were great, with a balcony and nice big beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and at the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have minor issues in our room but everything was fixed quickly and swiftly. Next to the hotel there is an adventure park with obstacles for all ages. Great experience and recommend to anyone

The whirlpools in the thermal pool don't turn on, even one of the 2 thermal pools...

The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! The whole hotel is smutty. It is not worth the price, there are better thermal hotels in Western Hungary. I do not suggest this hotel. Very nice bed, quiet room. Fantastic food, buffet permanently fulfilled. Beverages the whole day, good beer, nice red vine, some shots in the evening, and champagne in the morning. Excellent connection with spa meeting all expectations.

The are still renovatinh We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when...

Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

Our apartment was big, clean, well equipped and very close to the thermal baths❤️ The food is beyond perfect 👌🏻 I had a perfectly made rib-eye steak. The restaurant has a great range of wines and palinkas, everything we tasted was amazing. I thank our hosts, the chefs and the waiters for making our stay so memorable 🙏🏼

Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full. Breakfast and dinner are tasty with plenty of choice, but descriptions and labels do not match the food. Staff is friendly, but not informative at all and most of them do not speak English...

This review is only about the sauna: What a beautiful area, looks like how a multi millioner would have deseind it for himself! It was very nice, the food was good...the staff was nice...the only thing that bothered us were the many stink bugs that we had in our room. We had to get rid of them because I wouldn't have been able to sleep without them....the thermal baths, on the other hand, were great, pleasant water

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

Comfort in another country! First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It made my stay so much more memorable.
