This hotel is located right off the main square, so it is very convenient, and it also has a good restaurant.

First time in Europe and the hotel had everything I needed. Food is amazing, everything is walking distance, and it's a very small town. There's plenty to see and enjoy European history. Only two items that are missing but I'm assuming this is a European thing, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal.

The rooms are okay, for a reasonable price. The wellness facility also ok, there's like 2 pools and a few saunas. The massage is a must try here.

As I have written before, this place is a miracle! Tastefully decorated rooms, kind owner, divine breakfast! The environment is really calm, ideal for relaxation. A very quiet, peaceful environment, cleanliness and very comfortable rooms awaited us in this beautiful mansion. Veronika was incredibly kind and caring. We received a very delicious breakfast. Our little dog was also welcome, who also felt very comfortable in the huge green area. Most of the rooms have a bathtub, but we also had a room with a shower, which we preferred.

When we came in they forgot to give us a fridge and there wasn't any AC. The pool was great tho. Not really worth the 4 stars but it was alright.

The food is great and the service is excellent.The only little problem we had is no soap in the bathroom but the front desk helped with some kind of used bottle of deusce. No shampoo and conditioner too.beside that we had a great time in the spa.

Bük is still more a village than a town, so I feel very important that the hotel has really nice and decent architecture. Fair for the price. Unfortunately, it’s visible that we are talking about a hotel which is more than 20 years old. The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges. However the food was OK, despite the fact that there are not so much gluten-free options.

We stayed in Premium rooms and they were great, with a balcony and nice big beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and at the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have minor issues in our room but everything was fixed quickly and swiftly. Next to the hotel there is an adventure park with obstacles for all ages. Great experience and recommend to anyone

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when...

Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

Our apartment was big, clean, well equipped and very close to the thermal baths❤️ The food is beyond perfect 👌🏻 I had a perfectly made rib-eye steak. The restaurant has a great range of wines and palinkas, everything we tasted was amazing. I thank our hosts, the chefs and the waiters for making our stay so memorable 🙏🏼

Golf and relaxation, pleasure and leisure. Well-maintained and beautyfull golf course, modern hotel. The cuisine is impeccable, the selection is adequate. On the golfcourse the greens could be harder, faster, the bunkers softer, but it's still above average.

It was very nice, the food was good...the staff was nice...the only thing that bothered us were the many stink bugs that we had in our room. We had to get rid of them because I wouldn't have been able to sleep without them....the thermal baths, on the other hand, were great, pleasant water

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

Comfort in another country! First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people.
