Enjoyed our stay here - main plus points being the spacious cabin (biggest of all the ones we rented on our trip, with two separate bedrooms) and private hot tub. Also clean and friendly hosts.
On the lesser side (particularly for the price):
- the view could be better (owner's house and car scrapyard, albeit mountains further off)
- bbq works but is completely worn out / rusty / dirty
- a cabin of this size could have an oven and dishwasher

Superb location at the base of the glacier with hot tub. Near Hofn.

This place is such a great place to stay. We reserved accommodation but were unable to stay because the road was closed. The accommodation has helped us very well. We are truly grateful for his help.

Super fast check-in, well equipped, the owner's very helpful and accommodating.
The only drawback is that one bedroom has no space for luggage and is really small (the size of bed). Otherwise, everything was great! Highly recommended! :)

Very nice host. Cottage was small. One bed filled the room and we needed to crawl into it. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, even with some spices. Very clean.
