Great service, especially from Lucas! He helped us with navigating the hot tub and sauna, and was very kind. The free breakfast was a huge plus too. The rooms were nice and spacious, but the blankets did have a few questionable stains.

Enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast was great. Somewhat lacking basic things like a microwave and fridge but comfy enough with a nice hiking spot across the road

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. Contacted them 10 mins after accidentally booking the wrong day and hoping to switch days and they refused to give my money back or switch. We had to book two days and figured I guess that's my fault. Hotel was dirty and gross. Room is old. No refrigerator and only 1 towel included. Breakfast was fine. I notified the front desk of some of my reservations of which they were smug about and the front desk employee smirked. This place was very expensive for the awful experience and poor service. Will not be going back. Hopefully you can find another hotel in the area as this place puts no effort as they figure there is little competition.

Everything was just on point.

The room was spacious and clean, with excellent hygiene. The view from the window was beautiful, offering sights of the sunrise and numerous small volcanic craters. Check-in and parking were convenient. The front desk even asked if we'd like to be notified about the Northern Lights, which was a very thoughtful touch. That evening, I managed to capture many photos of the aurora. We heard there's a free hot spring, but we weren't aware of it and missed out. Breakfast was plentiful.

Best hotel we've been to in Iceland with very helpful staff who even wake you up at night if Northern lights are showing... only hotel so far with this service.
Their home-brewed beer is also excellent. Would love to come again!

Nice hotel in a good position. Very good buffet dinner, average breakfast. Nice and comfortable room with a view. Unacceptable bathroon with large shower but unusable tiny basin where you cannot fill a small bottle, nor wash your face. Kind and friendly personnel.

The room had a great view and was clean and tidy. The only issue was that the drain was a bit slow. Breakfast was plentiful.

Good location, with well appointed rooms. The breakfast spread was good enough.
