Incredibly insane, noise isolation is zero. people still talking loud and having fun at 12am in living room, if I got a chance , I would not booked this place ever again . This is the worst place I ever stayed in Iceland

I had to cancel a reservation with them last minute due to a personal emergency. Normally I don't cancel reservations. I don't want to cause any business to loose their money. I tried to cancel on Friday as soon as I could before midnight. I had made the reservation on Thursday. Due to health issues I won't be able to stay there for the one day. They kept dragging the cancellation process from early Friday morning til Sunday night now. Now they are saying that because I didn't cancel early enough , they are going to charge me. Even though the request to cancel was made Friday morning, not Sunday night. Everytime I attempt to cancel, it shows that I will be charged a fee, on top of everything else happening that I have to deal with. By now, they would have already sold the reservation to another person, if they had waived the cancellation fee since last Friday. They value money more than people.

No redundable reservation. Very expensive. I have a problem and the hostel don't give back the money. Neither propose a solution because they will close on 25 september. Is 19 juin. I can not go in 2 moths for conserve the reservation. VERY VERY BAD. NOT RECOMMENDED

I rarely leave bad reviews but this is the exceptional case! This is definitely the worst place I stayed in Iceland and one of the the dirtiest hostels I have ever seen. The bed wasn’t even remotely clean and the floor was gross. I’d leave 0 stars if I could but one can stay for the view.
