This is amazing hotel all time. There is best staff and my experience is wonderful in this hotel and the food items are also too good. The best person in this hotel is Mr.Deepak which is receptionist. He is very kind person, very calm and respectful and helps us in every situation. There is a guard also that *** is also too good. Whenever I should come in this hotel I will only choose this hotel and stay there.

Despite of booking a premium room you are given a room at the back with zero view. No balcony or windows to open. Closets and cabinets are poorly maintained. Breakfast serves average south indian food with limited menu

It was a wonderful stay. Rooms are damn clean, service is super fast. Location is great. For sure, I recommend it. Must visit!!!

Very nice stay. My family enjoyed everything. The food was awesome. Room was quite spacious & the amenities were of good quality.

It was very awful. We booked HHI for a business trip and as we were trying to settle things in our allotted room on the 5th floor.... We found a bandicoot rat pouncing from the refrigerator. To our surprise, there were wrappers bitten by these rats spread all over the cupboard. The rat is a constant survivor of that HHI because it knows its hiding place. If it's a new creature, it would run helter-skelter to escape, but this cautiously moved alongside the wall and hid himself on the curtain rod. When we complained to the staff, he wasn't shocked or surprised he smiled as if he knew about the intrusion of rats and that isn't news for him. The Hotel staff shifted us to the next room, where we found holes in the false ceiling and also the same crumbs of papers and wrappers all around the cupboards.... The rooms also had a foul smell.As soon as we found all these we moved to Regenta Inn a hotel close to Nexus Vega City Mall which fulfilled our expectations and also had a good and comfortable stay during the weekend.

STAY AWAY…
Horrible stay. The shower was not working. Was not getting hot water also. Complained but nothing was done. They offered to change the room but it was too much trouble for me. Also on the last night; AC was not working. There was no cooling. I hardly slept.

I had a good overall experience during my stay. The rooms were spacious, and the location was excellent, making it convenient for travel. The hospitality was warm, though the service was a bit slow at times. Breakfast was adequate, but unfortunately, many items were not served hot, which could be improved. There were some maintenance issues in the bathroom—the shower didn’t work properly, and I had to request a bucket and mug. Additionally, several parts in the bathroom were missing or broken, which was disappointing. Another issue was the coffee kettle, which didn’t work in the morning. It took an hour to fix, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the stay was pleasant overall, but some improvements in service and maintenance would make it much better.

I stayed in Room 501 for two nights. Room was well appointed, service was good but the shower was not working properly. Also there was no alternative arrangement like bucket and mug, if shower is not working. It is a small thing, but it can lead to poor guest experience.

This is not a FAMILY HOTEL be aware of this hotel People drink in lobby do hukka and smoke in lobby Dirty rooms broken lights This seems like a third class hotel Be aware of this hotel and save your money Staff is rude Everything bad can happen at this place avoid this hotel
