Hotel and the rooms were slightly old. Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day. Breakfast spread was wide and worth it!

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Despite the renovation of the lobby, it was not noisy or dusty. Service was impressive especially at the breakfast buffet. Visited the Marriott at Whitefield hotel with the family for breakfast. We had a great time, with excellent service by Sourav Maity, who took great care of us. He was attentive and quick to help, especially as we had two hungry kids. The food options are very good, with the pastry section being a special attraction. Highly recommended for a relaxed breakfast , especially with family.

The property is amazing. Everyone was super courteous, especially Rupol who was constantly curious if we were enjoying and needed anything. The breakfast spread was one of the best we've been at. Will definitely return back again.

A good setting, excellent food but the property could do better in terms of upkeep. Bedroom passages and doors are scuffed and the aircon is sub par with the result being the smell of damp musty air. Bedrooms are not on par with the common areas.

Water pressure in shower low pressure flow.. Air conditioning not cooling even you put thermostat @ 15 room temperature remains @ 23.5-24 minimum.. Shower drain blockage means house keeping don’t check it regularly or at least once a week..

I’ve stayed here 6 times visiting from the USA. One of the things I like the most is the breakfast buffet, so don’t miss it.
