Hotel and the rooms were slightly old. Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day. Breakfast spread was wide and worth it!

Visited the Marriott at Whitefield hotel with the family for breakfast. We had a great time, with excellent service by Sourav Maity, who took great care of us. He was attentive and quick to help, especially as we had two hungry kids. The food options are very good, with the pastry section being a special attraction. I’ve stayed here 6 times visiting from the USA. One of the things I like the most is the breakfast buffet, so don’t miss it. Great place to stay. Overall very high standard the two drawbacks being the ventilation is little mouldy and there is not a dedicated space for delivery food drop off. Oftentimes one is required to get down and wait for food.

With the double charging on the room, I was not happy with this hotel. Even I was trying to show and to inform the reception by the time I was checking. Double charge to my room was still. I had to wait for 10 -14 working day to get my refund back.
