Slightly old rooms , abit dusty with cobwebs in wardrobe. Front service the guys were helpful and pro active. The girls were rude and unwilling. Breakfast service staff was good. Food during breakfast was awesome.

Location is perfect 2min walking to metro stations. Atmosphere is like Whitefield is famous for. Daily cleaning with drinking water bottles and other amenities. They also provide office car pick and drop facility. Overall a very nice stay for 15 days.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to restaurants and other facilities. The rooms are big. Would recommend.

Food is good. Staff are cordial and helpful. No paper napkins in the room or paper roll in the toilet. Bed lenin is not changed dialy. There is no inside sheet for the quilt. No crisp towels. No hand towels. No place to keep soap etc in the bath area. Plates were kept outside as they were not pickedup by room service from room. Poor/no lighting in the corridor.
