Great place to stay. Overall very high standard the two drawbacks being the ventilation is little mouldy and there is not a dedicated space for delivery food drop off. Oftentimes one is required to get down and wait for food.

It’s a great escape from Bengaluru, beautiful landscape, engaging activities and quality amenities. Highlight for us was the super courteous staff, specially Gayathri and Debolina who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Stayed at Novotel for 2 weeks in May on a business trip. Really great hotel for the solo female business traveller. Much better than the UK Novotels I have stayed in. Room good size, comfortable bed.Bathroom good size also. Breakfast very good as was evening dinner. Staff lovely, really helpful and after a few days treated you as a local. Would recommend as a business hotel.
