Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake

Chef Gaurav, Deep and Amit did a fantastic job. The spread was elaborate and all items were tasty. The Bengali items were quite authentic. Sourav was courteous and took good care of us

Room is comfortable. Foreigner food variation is not much, and taste is so so. Waited for 30 mins when I called to refill water in room, turned up called 3 times only I get couple small bottles of water.

Why was it great? We visited and stayed here for a couple of days on my birthday, I must say this place is a must visit for the architecture and design alone! I was very impressed by the huge columns and antique wooden furniture! The rooms were amazing and incredibly clean

I remember it was raining heavily the evening after we checked in and the balcony had a beautiful view of the garden! A beautiful lotus pond with fish and temple pillars gave it an ethnic flair

Rooms were lovely. View is pretty. But we couldn’t use the pool because there were events on both evenings. The breakfast buffet is yummy but not many options for non veg items

I’ve stayed here 6 times visiting from the USA. One of the things I like the most is the breakfast buffet, so don’t miss it. Chef Tanvi and waiter Harshit took super great care of us and I wish I could stay longer
