Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake

Tried the Sunday brunch at M Cafe with family. A delectable fare - good spread, good food, great experience for a change. Chef Meghna was very kind and paid attention to our needs while dining.

Went for Poila Boishakh Mahabhoj, the ambience and food was great. Shruti and Ronit - excellent hosts, very attentive.

Chef Gaurav, Deep and Amit did a fantastic job. The spread was elaborate and all items were tasty. The Bengali items were quite authentic. Sourav was courteous and took good care of us

We had event for Ey at the pool side. Aditya and his team was brilliant and took care of us exceptionally

Room is comfortable. Foreigner food variation is not much, and taste is so so. Waited for 30 mins when I called to refill water in room, turned up called 3 times only I get couple small bottles of water.

The staff is attentive and courteous and their manager is very talented. We have had frozen cocktails before, but Shimmer created a work of art in front of our eyes, complete with the fairy tale cherry on top finish
