Nothing to complain about
Specially when you are travelling for meetings and like to stay at good places at the same time..
Compared to other holiday inn, this one is way too small. If you have 2 pieces of luggage, you’ll have to jump through them when you move across the small space. Apart from this, let me list a few of my observations and experiences:
Positives:
- This place is good for those travelling and working close by who would just come to the room for a nights sleep and who smoke
- The guy at the breakfast place is quite attentive and makes sure he attends to the guests
- If you’re running short of shampoos or towels, a call is all it takes for them to arrive at the room
Areas of development:
- Not a spot for non business travellers
- Rooms are small and stinks of smoke
- White towels are now turned to brown
- At breakfast, the sausages and omelette were cold
- Despite the late check in, you can’t check out late without paying a charge
Overall the experience was bad with me leaving the place with breathing trouble after 5 days. Skipped breakfast for 3 days due to cold food.
Finally, not looking for a generic response with a copy past template from the hotel management.
