Booked a premium room - It was okay not fantastic - clean but smells of dampness. Bed too hard and not comfy. Staff and manager very nice polite and useful. Conveniently located for access to Hazrat N rail station (for Agra express;

We had an amazing experience staying at The Beaufort Inn and exploring Delhi with their car services, Mr Anil Kumar is so helpful and he really went above and beyond to make our tour fantastic, providing invaluable local insights and ensuring everything ran smoothly The hotel was fantastic—clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent service from the staff (Big Thanks to them). The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options. The car tour was equally impressive! Our driver was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the city's history and best spots. The car was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making our journey hassle-free. We visited iconic places like India Gate, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple,Akshar Dham,Chandni Chowk and more Highly recommend both The Beaufort Inn and their car services for anyone visiting Delhi. A truly seamless and enjoyable experience!

Checkin was delayed as rooms were not ready by 12 noon also. Bathrooms were ok but not that well maintained. Staff were nice.

The overall stay was ok but there was a malfunction of the washroom exhaust. The cigerette smell was getting into the room from outside. In room breakfast was nice

If I could give you a ZERO for this order I would...I ordered on Zomato,the pizza was late despite your one hour delivery time. I called the Zomato customer care number they said the manager will call you back which he did, his excuse was that the delivery guy had an accident and another guy is on your way with a new pizza....my pizza was in worse shape then the delivery driver..the pizza was old and cold....it was all squashed and falling apart... considering that jangpura is not even 5 mins away from my house....I would give them minus 5 if I could!!!
