The hotel is very luxurious and large, but the bed is too old and the room is too dark. The breakfast was very good.

The pool was closed during my stay without noticing at website. I have stayed this hotel several times and this time I wanted to be relax at the pool side. But due to a private event, the pool was closed. What a disappointing. If I had known it in advance from hp or something, I would not have booked this hotel this time. The water was clean, and the room was well-maintained. It was quiet since it's a bit far from the city center. It would have been even better if there was a convenience store nearby. A mini-mart within the hotel would be a great addition.

We initially had a very noisy room facing the street. We were able to switch rooms at 1 AM. What I find disappointing for a hotel like Hyatt is that there's absolutely nothing in the room for guests arriving late at night – no cookies, no fruit.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the rooms comfortable and spotless, and the overall atmosphere truly welcoming. The hotel offers great dining options and excellent service throughout. I would happily return on my next visit to Delhi.

I had a lovely stay here for one night with my kids. The hotel location may be a bit remote, but the luxury is top-notch. We even enjoyed a delicious meal at the Indian restaurant downstairs, which was surprisingly delightful.

I have always been a big admirer of the Taj hospitality experience, though on this visit it felt like some of its former charm was missing. I encountered several issues at the restaurant that unfortunately remained unresolved during my stay. That said, the hotel itself is very well maintained, and the overall standard of service from the staff remains warm and attentive.

The hotel's location is great, and Uber is readily available. It seems to be in an upscale neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the service was excellent. However, the dinner buffet on the first floor was quite pricey (compared to hotels of the same caliber in China).

Me and my wife stayed at The Royal Plaza 3 weeks back. The entire staff was extremely humble, polite and co-operative to all our requests. Hotel need much upgrading since my last trip in 2016. I needed to replace my Door cards everyday 😡 worst when you’re tired after a busy day. This is an issue with many clients as I overhead them at the check in counter.

Hotel needs to focus and improve on their sound proofing of the rooms. Could clearly hear the next door room individual speaking on his phone and the songs played from the room. A good property and awesome location, close to eateries and street shopping. The bar fridge is fairly expensive so just avoid it. Great stores and restaurants in close proximity so do explore. The soundproofing is fantastic; I celebrated New Year's Eve there, and by 00:30 I was comfortably back in my room sleeping, with almost no street noise audible. The service was exemplary until check out! Getting charges on tons of items we didn't consume, including room charges we've prepaid via Trip.com.
