Such a wonderful hotel! Everything you could possibly want, and all of top quality. Staff at all levels delightfully. Location - beside a very busy ring road. No problem with sound disturbance, but I wasn’t able to go out for a walk around the area - there’s nowhere to go, other than further afield by taxi of course. Would use this hotel again and again though.

Good location, close to airport and beautiful park with deers. Not far from main touristic sights. Gym was good, shower design is a bit stupid so water in bathroom always leaks on the floor.

The perfect getaway in the middle of the city. A true 5 star experience. Much recommended for the ambience, location and friendly staff.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏

Don’t expect the great standards of a Shangri La hotel. This one is dated and shower blinds have black mold on them.   However the lower price point reflects it I suppose.

The staff was friendly and the overall facilities were good, but you should consider it is an old hotel and the food was average.

The interior is great, although the outside is aging. The whole facility is well cared for. Clean and tidy, no cranky handles, old silicone and such. Nice service, but some young people are in need of more training.

Even though it was located away from the busy city center, i preferred that as that meant it was quieter. I loved that we were situated near to some beautiful monuments so the view out of the windows were great. One of the best places to have long discussions with no disturbance! The ambience is really good, huge since it's located in the centre of building which is empty and has got really high ceiling. The service is fast and drinks are brewed till perfection. The bakery items are also really good. Must try their cakes, coffee (both hot and cold) . Bed was too soft for my liking. Other than that, it was all good. Can’t beat its location! Very accessible and breakfast was pretty decent too. Lounge / bar at lobby level was nice and was showing IPL live which was a bonus.

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. The hotel’s location is at the centre, usually with ni traffic within 30 mins you can reach anywhere. The room was clean and the housekeeping team esp Manish and team were very caring and took extra care with requests, cleaning and the home. overall the staff of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Impeccable We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Taj Mahal and, as always, everything was exceptional from the cleanliness of our room to the service rendered by the staff. Very good hotel, excellent location, warm service, rich breakfast, clean room, afternoon tea and evening cocktail party. Originally only booked two nights, and extended for two more nights. The service was exemplary until check out! Getting charges on tons of items we didn't consume, including room charges we've prepaid via Trip.com. The hotel is very conveniently located, only 5 minutes' walk to the MRT station and less than an hour's drive from the airport during peak hours. The ambience in the hotel is great and the service is professional.

It was overall good. Breakfast was perfect. The only thing was- I guess, building is old now and not being appropriately maintained. There were some cockroach in the room as well as waiting area.

The staff responsiveness is not upto the mark and the restroom in room is clogged with water, even then the staff was not responding properly.

We have stayed at Eros multiple times now. We love it, especially because of the location. Food is also good , however not sure of the reason today but breakfast buffet was below average.

Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.

A centrally located spacious property. The staff is courteous and tries to be friendly but perhaps limited in their training and abilities. The rooms were clean and maintained but need an upgrade in terms of furniture. Food was satisfactory but limited in choice. The buffet lunch and dinner are erratic. Overall a satisfying experience but there is a huge potential to improve the facility.

Went to Playboy Club here at Hotel Samrat for a party. Good location, great ambience, polite & courteous staff... Enjoyed a lot. DJ was nice too... Don't think anything was missing for a perfect Friday night party. Have fun :)

Hotel needs an upgrade The hotel is very basic and definitely not worth the price. The bathroom got extremely wet because of no enclosed bathing space. Rooms are cramped and the corridor areas that are carpetted very dirty. The hotel needs a revamp and upgrade.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job supplying our room and ensuring cleanliness. The breakfast was really good. They even have a live station making your choice of eggs and waffles.

The room was good for the price! But the Wi-Fi was too weak! For some reason there was an aquarium with fish swimming in it. The water was quite cold. About 37 degrees Celsius, lol. It was quite hot in winter.

I stayed 2 nights. The hotel facilities weren't the best, but they were clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good and the staffs in front desk(Pinky, Vijay, Pritilea) and in restaurant were friendly. I made a reservation with breakfast included, and the breakfast was good. If you are not very sensitive, I recommend it for the price.

It's a decent hotel at a decent location (just a 5 minute walk from the Karol Bagh metro station) and with decent food. Pretty much everything you'd expect out of a 4 star hotel.
