The hotel's location is great, and Uber is readily available. It seems to be in an upscale neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the service was excellent. However, the dinner buffet on the first floor was quite pricey (compared to hotels of the same caliber in China).

A wonderful place that makes you feel very safe and provide a very clean environment. Basic rooms tho are not special, it is worth it to spend a bit more and get an exclusive or club. Amazing stuff all around. In the heart of CP with lot of taxi and Tuk Tuk all around ready for your trip.

Property is clean and well managed with a smooth running of operations. Very comfortable stay and good breakfast. It’s a popular choice of indian and international tourists visiting India. The pool was closed during my stay without noticing at website. I have stayed this hotel several times and this time I wanted to be relax at the pool side. We initially had a very noisy room facing the street. We were able to switch rooms at 1 AM. What I find disappointing for a hotel like Hyatt is that there's absolutely nothing in the room for guests arriving late at night – no cookies, no fruit.

I had a lovely stay here for one night with my kids. The hotel location may be a bit remote, but the luxury is top-notch. We even enjoyed a delicious meal at the Indian restaurant downstairs, which was surprisingly delightful.

I have always been a big admirer of the Taj hospitality experience, though on this visit it felt like some of its former charm was missing. I encountered several issues at the restaurant that unfortunately remained unresolved during my stay. Hotel need much upgrading since my last trip in 2016. I needed to replace my Door cards everyday 😡 worst when you’re tired after a busy day. This is an issue with many clients as I overhead them at the check in counter.

Hotel needs to focus and improve on their sound proofing of the rooms. Could clearly hear the next door room individual speaking on his phone and the songs played from the room. A good property and awesome location, close to eateries and street shopping. The bar fridge is fairly expensive so just avoid it. Great stores and restaurants in close proximity so do explore. It's a good place to stay, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price.

A very uncomfortable stay. The bathroom looks really old and has not been upgraded in a while which made me not enjoy my stay enough. The overall cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch. I would not visit again.

According to hubby, the hotel room is not that spacious compare to other hotels in the area. The amenities too is not that good and the bed cover is not so clean and have some stains when he checked in. The breakfast is good though and the staff are courteous and respectful.

To all my fellow Koreans, you *have* to check this place out! It's great value for money and they even provide unlimited bottled water.
