The one star is just for the staff that are helpful. The rest of the hotel is no good. Its dilapidated, sheets and towels and even curtains have stains, furnitures in the room and fridge are broken. Fridge doesnt even close. Everything looks either stained or dirty.

Very bad service by the hotel ,no daily housekeeping was provided, reception and other staff was very UN professional they don't have any sense to talk and also the hotel is very congested the location of hotel is in the middle of Gali where cab wouldn't provide the service properly overall I can says very pathetic I booked just seeing the name of treebo but I am very disappointed by this, exaust system of toilet was not working, dustbin in the toilet is broken I complaint so many times for this but they wouldn't do anything even the sink of bathroom is choked, the guy name Mukesh of the reception is very nonsense they don't treat us like guest they treat us that we are nothing

Stay was good, hotel staffs are cooperative. Food was nice. Overall stay was worth the price. Complimentary breakfast was there. Area is nice and near to Karolbagh market. It’s very near to the metro as well. Shopping places are nearby. Hotel is overall good for the family stay

Hotel and rooms were neat with AC. Staff and service were good. Complementary breakfast buffet was good. Locality is safe and good and food option outside are also available. Price is affordable and contact Treebo customer care for better price. Walkable distance to MRT and somewhat central to tourist places. AC had faults and rooms were changed without problems..

Hotel location is good, neet and clean place,I stayed 2 night's nice food as well as compliment breakfast. All staff is good including front desk manager Mr.Ashis very helpful and Supportive.When I come in Delhi Try to visit again Thank you

The food is good and little expensive. Just located near subway Karol Bagh. Service is pathetic. You have to wait long to get your food. It is nice place to get North Indian food. Seafood is their speciality.

Awesome food quality at reasonable prices. You can drink here as well, but the number of options available are less. Tables are bit small in size. Hospitality is good. One of good restaurants in vary crowded area i.e. Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
