Right on Connaught Place. Small windowless rooms but adequate. Good value for money if you want to stay in and around Connaught Place. Decent service. If you like South Indian food, Saravana Bhavan, Naivedhyam and Madras Coffee House are all within 100 metres of Alka Classic, besides other thali places, Subway, etc.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Delhi.
Well-designed rooms with all basic facilities.; however bathroom size is small

The "Veg Thali" in Alka classic was really good. Not only tasy but healthy too. The sequence of serving appetizers/soup was mouth watering.
Enjoyed the meals and comfortable stay at Alka classic

The location is very good. Not tried food. Big problem with hot water, has to wait 30 minutes are more to get hot water. Further, the bath tub water leaks into the bath room. The water faucet is not firmly fixed, moves. The exhaust fan was not working which was later replaced. The instruction to get hot water is not clear. The electrical fixes are loose. The a/c temperature can not be controlled. The rooms are not clean and in depleted condition. Also the rooms are small. But the staff are polite and responsive especially the young manager at the desk. Further, there are a number of vegetarian south indian style restaurants adjacent to the hotel.

Room was not in good condition. It was smelling bad from moisture on walls. Floor tiles was also loose. Not a value for money deal.

A famous old coffee hangout place in CP. ICH is managed by government and have decent rates and quality. If you are looking for a quite low cost restaurant ICH is the place.

This is a nice place to be. It's one of the oldest places to hangout with friends and family.
It was once a very attractive place but now it still in it's 19's and needs to update.
But still quite a cheap place.
Food is nice not much variety but still quite a good and low price food.
You can sit there for as long as you wish.
You will find some budding startup owners working there.
The view is amazing with great terrace view.
Coffee is very good.
Along with that it's quite and nice place for a feel of our past .

This place has its unique feel thanks to numerous people spending time their time on reading, writing and discussing on various topics giving it an intellectualizing ambience. The food is both tasty and economically feasable specially their coffees. It can be easily reached by metro, cabs, buses, etc as it is in CPs vicinity. One reaching it via metro should exit from gate no. 7 towards BKS marg and head straight towards Hunaman temple. It is on the 3rd floor of a building on left.

It was big in space but short on staff. There was only one man to handle every one, as a result very slow service. Food was average and over priced too, very less quantity. Very bad experience. I will not suggest going there.

Well the best part is the staff some are nice and others act as if they own the restaurant, the food was okay not so great but I think they can do better. Ambience was great too.

Food quality can be a bit inconsistent. Some things are just brilliant, while some others are rubbish. Dicey for first timers who wouldn't know what to order and what to avoid ?

Food is good. Soup was good. Thai spring rolls were disappointment. They were actually like Chinese spring rolls. Veg pot was good with lots of seasonal veggies. Decor is typically Delhi old school. Service OK.

Very bad quality. Can’t really taste the Chinese food and when you tell them about it, the staff is not supportive at all. Need A lot of improvement in their food and service or else they’ll loose their customers

This place is superb as per the service & most courteous staff. Very delicious Chinese & Japanese delicacies prepared in their most natural taste & flavour. This place is very fairly priced as per the quality. Must visit!!
