The hotel is located on one of the busiest streets, which makes it lively and very convenient. Transport was easy to find at all times, and getting around Delhi was hassle-free.
Breakfast was good, and a special mention to Joseph, the manager. He was extremely helpful and always checked in to make sure everything was okay. That personal touch really stood out.
The reception staff were great as well. They were polite, responsive, and supportive whenever needed.
Rooms are basic, but functional for a city stay.
Overall, a decent option for a short stay if you want accessibility and helpful staff.
I stayed in Room No.3002, a road facing with comfortable interiors. Tea/ Coffee Maker and Good beddings
Service was very good. Breakfast on rooftop had good options to choose from.
Overall one of the best in Paharganj.
What truly stood out, however, was the honesty and kindness of the staff. I accidentally left all my credit cards behind, and to my great relief, the hotel staff not only found them but also arranged to return them safely to my home. I’m incredibly grateful for their integrity and effort—it’s rare to find such genuine care and responsibility.
A big thank you to the entire team! You turned a potentially stressful situation into a reminder that great hospitality still exists. I’ll definitely be recommending your hotel to friends and will choose you again on my next visit.
