I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly — reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, and complimentary drinking water in the room, which was much appreciated.
The service truly stood out. The team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They arranged an airport pickup, allowed me to check in early after my arrival, and even helped organize a local SIM card, which made settling in incredibly easy. They clearly know how to welcome both foreigners and locals alike, making everyone feel comfortable and at home.
Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight — a lovely setting to start the day.
Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and well-managed stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent—friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great value for money. The restaurant offers decent food at reasonable prices. There's also a travel agency on-site, although I didn’t use their services.
I landed at a secondary airport in Delhi, where the free pickup service was unavailable—despite this not being mentioned anywhere. As compensation, the property offered a complimentary transfer to the railway station upon my departure. Overall, the arrangement was acceptable.

Travelling in India is mostly about expectation management. The hotel is next to a big street (very loud) but this also means you dont have to walk into shady side roads. Our rooms were facing the street and while the noise could be heard it was less loud than the AC!
The location is also quite good if you want to go to the markets or attractions like the red fort or the markets. While traffic is really bad TukTuks work.
The rooms were decent and clean. While there was some wear in the corners of the bathroom it was still in a way that we were not worried at all (and remember, this is not 200€ a night!).
The biggest plus point though is definitely the service. The staff was very helpful and forthcoming. They organised us help with getting a SIM card for cheap, helped us exchange money at a very good rate, helped us with bargaining and getting drivers and so forth. If we had any questions or problems the solution was just a trip to the lobby away.
Overall I would recommend this place, if you want to stay in the 25-50€ range a night this is likely one of the best options in Delhi.

#1 First, understand the location you have signed up for. This is a crowded, noisy locality. You may not want to stay here. But this place is also pretty close to places like CP and India Gate. So if you are okay with the place, this hotel makes sense.
#2 If you are driving, do understand they dont have a private parking. You will either be parking the pavement - for which they seem to have 'paid'. We all know what that means. Rest assure, the car stays safe on the pavement. Although, I am not a fan of this arrangement. I has actually called them before booking and they claimed they have parking. I was kinda appalled when I realised that the parking space is actually they pavement.
#3 The hotel on its own is actually rather nice. The rooms are nicely done, and comfortable. Clean.
#4 They have a pretty decent breakfast spread. Delicious. Indian and continental.

The place is clean, nice staff, very helpful bunch of people.
The location is about 30min walk from Airport Express metro, and easy to access from to other tourist attraction sights.
Is it important to inform that the area in which the place is, can be unease for a western-standard person. Once you step out of the hotel you're immediately in a tense surrounding, fully packed, a lots of rickshaws and dirt.
We to some extent liked it as it's part of the experience, but in order to not be shocked, I found it important to mention this part.
Regardless, I would recommend the place if you're already used to Delhi's vibes.

The hotel is close to the train station and is an easy walk to the BTS from the station. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very attentive.

Vey hard to review. The location...I mean you book a Hotel in Paharganj so you can not complain you are in Paharganj.LOL
I found the Market nearby really good.
Lobby and Staff is amazing...I received a warm welcome and staff was always ready to help and auper sweet.
I felt safe as I am a female traveling alone. So that is very important.
I do feel like this Hotel matched the famous saying "clean for Indian standards" maybe.
So far I did not understand what people meant cause all my previous hotels were top notch.
This one is a bit older, needs to be freshened up and therefore seems a bit more dirty also.
The sheets seemed clean and towels-although discolored-had a reassuring smell of bleach.
All in all...maybe a better place for Paharganj , amazing staff and safety.
