Great hospitality and quick check-in. Delicious food at affordable price. Clean rooms and great room service. Location also great for foodies and for shopping.

Had mixed experience. While the room was very nice, neat and tidy, the food was gravely overpriced with very poor quality. We had to throw away almost half the food, which we had to pay a lot for. Otherwise, hotel service, locality and rooms were good.

No ventilation in rooms, no hot water from the taps but they bring buckets of water on request, unclean bedsheets and bad management. The service at the hotel is so bad that I had to leave it mid way in the evening. I recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.

good but our stay was only at evening and at night we slept , nearer to main market and variety of food is available near by ,location is also nearer to new Delhi railway station . You can rest here and conveyance means are available for any where in Delhi .

Highly recommend this hotel for its courteous staff , prompt service , clean rooms and perfect business approach. Been coming here since long and never been disappointed. Food is also tasty. And it is located just opposite Old Delhi railway station. Full marks

The hotel is easy to locate as it falls on the Arakansha Road. The place is dingy and small, but not airy. Staircase, lift, passages are all narrow. The bathroom is tiny. Tall or wide people may have some trouble. The room was just about OK, but you get hot water all the time. Room service was good and place was insulated from the noise outside. Hygiene could have been better. Overall, an affordable budget accommodation.
