Location is very close to new Delhi railway station and just 150 meters of exist gate. Rooms are spacious but not good . Service is poor as they will not provide you basic things in hotel. Manager behaviour is very rude although few staff members are good. Basic kitchen is at back tea and coffee given is good.

They allow smoking in rooms and it is not isolated to one room if someone smokes in one room it will come to other room from the bathroom ventilation. For non smokers and families I don’t recommend this hotel. I informed the staff they said we can’t stop him from smoking.

Very first thing, this hotel is very close to ndls railway station from platform number 1 come outside and to the right side of the main road about 200 metres you can spot a building with vinayak name (vertically) this tym the v was missing so inayak. Do not hire any auto or taxi else they will charge you min rs 200 for nothing.
Now the hotel, the entrance is quite impressive, rooms are nices with chairs , study table and separate 2 chaurs and table bed .. gesure is working toilets are good. only thing is lift is very conjusted. I did my booking from booking.com at 11 30 pm ad reached there at 12:30 am, means they arrangeed everyrhing so actively. The breakfast we orderd tea and toast with butter an it was nice.

Location is good near to new delhi railway gate 2 exit from that to 100m but biggest problem is traffic jam is very big issue near hotel like waiting time 15-30 min(time waste). Room is just ok , small (small for family )and all bathroom wall are connected to other bathroom so sound is coming othere side , near good restaurant are available , staff are helpful, but room service is poor. Overal good experience in hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite and will go out of the way to help you. They offered to keep our luggage after check out as we wanted to explore Delhi. Highly recommended

the hotel was very nice it exceed my expectations,... my room was big and neat and clean about facilities, cleanliness, value for money, location and very polite kind staff all are so good,, breakfast was yummy We Enjoyed Our Stay and we come back here again!!

Hotel Shri Vinayak was good, the rooms here were spacious and the staff was humble and kind. What I liked the most about this place was that special attention was given to cleanliness and the check-in was fast. The reception was available 24 hours to help, so we faced no difficulty at all. I want to thank everyone who made my stay enjoyable and memorable.

Definitely dirty (hair in the bed) and not very welcoming. The boiler wasn't working so we washed with cold water. The bathroom window has a hole so it doesn't close completely. A really bad experience (considering that just a few steps are enough to find a room at the same price but much cleaner).

WORST SERVICE! The staff is extremely rude, they don’t follow booking policies from any website such as ***********, goibibo, make my trip and are least helpful. I had a horrible experience with them where the receptionist or staff were not accountable for their mistakes! They cancel your bookings on time to give away rooms at better prices. Spoiled my whole experience of being in Delhi! Never look for accommodation at this hotel!
