It is a very nice place ofcourse. I would prefer to stay in this hotel during my next visit Agra. All modern amenities with reasonabke rate made this hotel a preferred one.

I believe this is the only ccd in agra which has a option of both outdoor and indoor seating available and like all other ccd's a good place for quick coffee stopover.

My friends came to visit Agra for one night. I recommend him hotel Taj Heights. They were 7 members. After staying in this property I called him for asking him in about this property services. They update me that property was nice. Food was so tasty. Hotel staff was so friendly. They was so thankful. Great stay. I recommend it for all our known

Extremely experienced and helpful staff with a gorgeous property. All the staff members were extremely polite and caring, coupled with a ridiculously quick turn and time. I’d recommend this place to everyone

- they have no parking, all vehicle are parked on road side w/o any guard. - rooms are not hygiene

Property is not clean and maintained properly. Rooms are terrible. No proper lighting & hot water in bathrooms. The staff does not know anything about the basic facilities.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It gives me no pleasure to be so rude, but trust me this place is worse than you can imagine. Blood stains on the bed, urine in the toilet. Large Brown marks on the towel and then I get fresh towels which have stains all over. Since I was tired I ordered tea and I do not know how did the tea be made so bad!!! I left the hotel in 15 mins could barely stand there. The staff looked as if they were high on some. Completely shady hotel. Stay here at your risk. Do not fall for the price. I wouldnt stay here even if they gave me money to stay.

The hotel was located very close to the taj and agra fort but the hotel in it self was very pathetic. The food was average
cleanliness of utensils in which they serve food was very pathetic and the wifi was also not available. I would not have picked this place if i had any knowledge of this.

Food is good. Though it a/c its full effect is missing. Food items are costly. One masala dosai cost 90/- tea is cost at 40/- Thali costs 130/- and is reasonable.

Worst food and expensive too. Ordered hiderbadi mutton biriyani and normal chicken biriyani but they served us hiderbadi chicken biriyani instead of mutton. And it was a 3rd class biriyani the chicken pieces where not cooked at all. Even a local daba can give a better biriyani than them and wont cost me that much also.
Hiderbadi biriyani costed be 360/- per plate and normal chicken biriyani costed me 260/- per plate.
Guys never go there or else prefer some other nearby restaurant.

Worst restaurant have no quality in food we ordered chicken biriyani and mutton biriyani it was a 3rd class biriyani and the chicken and mutton pieces were not cooked also. Comming to rate one biriyani costed us 300/- per plate but the quality of the food was worst.

It's very expensive restaurant. They charge you like a 3 star restaurant and offers food of very pathetic quality. Even a roadside average dhaba serves better food than this restaurant.
We had tomato soup and chicken biryani. Tomato soup was very watery and pieces of bread were hard to chew.
Chicken biryani too was average. It was more like a pulav which was not well cooked. Chicken pieces were good but less in number.
When asked about high price and poor food, hotel staff gives lame reasons like "It's a tourist place and it has been like this for many years".
I recommend not to visit this restaurant. There are much better and cheaper options nearby.
