I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atithi, Fatehpur Road, Agra. The rooms were good, comfortable, and the hotel has maintained the property very well considering it is an older establishment. They have truly made the best out of the infrastructure and ensured a pleasant stay.
What truly deserves special appreciation is their reception staff and overall hospitality. The reception team was extremely genuine, honest, and helpful throughout our stay. In a city where tourists sometimes face misinformation or unnecessary overcharging, the staff here stood out for their sincerity and transparency.
They guided us properly, treated us with great respect, and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Their behaviour was warm, professional, and truly up to the mark. Hospitality like this is rare and deserves recognition.
I would especially like to give a five-star rating purely for their reception staff and service quality. They are definitely the strongest asset of this hotel.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra and looking for genuine hospitality.

I spent 2 days at this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that room service was a bit slow at times. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.👍

I had a very bad experience during my stay. The taxi driver who accompanied me was drunk, and there was an argument between the owner and a person who had consumed alcohol. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Due to this situation, I had to check out early and return. I requested a refund of my amount. Overall, the behavior was very rude and highly disappointing.

Very poor service and extremely unprofessional management. They don’t even know how to talk to guests. The room didn’t have proper lighting — the main light wasn’t working, and when we complained, they literally told us to get ready using our mobile flashlights. For every small issue, we had to call the reception multiple times. Totally disappointing experience.

The best thing is the location and the private ghat. Food quality is good. The complimentary breakfast has very limited items.
Things to improve: This property is in need of some renovation. In my room there were damp walls, also the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low.

The hotel was decent and normal budget type hotel service was awesome, the location was great as it was near to the city road, but the room which was allotted to me was not good enough for the stay it seems like they give us the room for free accommodation was bad but the overall experience was good

Amazing service, rooms are so spacious and clean.pool is also in good condition and staff is so polite and very helping nature.managment staff is too good.

Located inside a gali. Rooms and washrooms need upgradation. Linen towels etc were not satisfactory. Washroom was smelly. No view from the window. Could not even pull the curtains because there were some workers of adjacent building sitting right outside the window. Music from the night club next door will not let you sleep. Swimming pool is located outside the hotel premises. Although pool was clean but it was crowded because a lot of localites were also using it. Not a good experience. One can easily find a better hotel at this price range.

room size is good but many other negative things like bed sheet, blanket cover and pillow cover are not in good condition worst is washroom size is small and didn't provide bathroom kit. Moreover I was here for official trip and manager didn't allow colleagues to meet me in my room and that is in the morning where i had to do mock test for them and said that I can do meeting in restaurant which was not comfortable for them.
i am handling North India and didn't found such problem anywhere else.

If you are on a budget trip then this is a very good option.Everything was Good except water supply. If you r visiting in winters then it would have been awesome as u get 24by7 hot water supply but that same is a problem in summers. I only had this one issue that bathroom didnt had cold water at all.
Hope Hotel Staff will look at the reasons behind it after we checkout but overall it was awesome.

Good restaurant with south Indian vegetarian food. Good for groups as well. If you were craving for that Idly , Dosa or Pongal while in Agra, this is the right place to head to !

We stay here Jan month it is really nice weather very chill very worth on service we came from Chennai it is really nice hotel am fully satisfied we are actually 12 nos taken 4 rooms.
Food is really super.......... especially breakfast south Indian menu awesome.......... Idly, Upma super taste and same lunch also.
Am fully recommended this hotel who come form south india.

Ate here after touring the Taj. Good place to go if you're a foreigner. Pretty high prices.

Nice food served on platters that made me feel like I was in jail. Dark atmosphere. The fact that service charge was not included on the bill was pointedly pointed out at the end of the meal. They tried to reject a 500 rupee note I had just drawn from the ATM around the corner.

Good food and no fuss. Only negative side is that prices don't include taxes nor service charges, which is common but annoying nonetheless. Also felt like your tour guide had some interest in bringing us here as he was quite insisting. The food was good in either case.
