Great location close to beach and shops.
Highty recommend 9 out of 10 for me
When booking, I specified that I needed a non-smoking room away from smoking areas. I woke up at night choking on cigarette smoke. When I went to the balcony, I didn't see anyone smoking; when I went into the hallway, I saw a "Smoking Area" sign a few meters from my room.
The towels and bed linen were stained. I followed the instructions and left a wooden card on the bed so they would change the bed linen, but they didn't, even though they removed the card from the bed. The next day, I also left the card on the bed, but it was removed, again without changing the bed linen. The towels folded on the shelf in the shower were dirty; one had some kind of slime on it. When I brought them to reception, they said they will bring new ones. I checked the new towels in front of a hotel employee, and they had brown stains! When I asked what it was, he only offered to replace them. He changed the bed linens right there in front of me, but bed linens were also stained. They are threatening to fine for stains, but they are not even washing the sheets!
There were no hand or face towels in the room at all. At reception, they said they didn't provide them and suggested me to use the dirty bath towels.
I stayed here for three days and really enjoyed my time.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and rest. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when I needed something – that made a big difference.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to local spots and transport.
Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a nice variety of options each morning.
All in all, a pleasant and smooth experience – thank you for the great hospitality!
