This was my second stay here. It's really close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive, and there's a shuttle bus to the airport every hour on the dot. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The restaurant is also open 24 hours, which is super convenient if you want a bite to eat anytime.

Facilities: The air conditioning was very noisy and dripping. On the bright side, there's a water dispenser at the end of the hallway, which is convenient for refills.
Environment: Decent, there's a pool.
Airport shuttle service: Very convenient, especially for late flights. It's a good place to crash for a night. It's not far from the airport, and the pickup point is right across from the money exchange outside the airport. Don't let other Grab drivers trick you; just wait a bit, and the shuttle will arrive. No need to take a taxi.

I had a pleasant transit stay at Harris. It's very close to the airport, the hotel offers everything you need for a short stay, breakfast is excellent, and additionally, there's a free shuttle to the airport every hour.

The room was great in every aspect! They also offered airport drop-off service, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. There's a large supermarket just 200 meters away, and it's not too far to take a taxi to the beach for seafood. Plus, there's a swimming pool, making it perfect for families and couples. Highly recommended. Airport transfer service: superb!

Friendly and helpful staff.
Got free shuttle pick up from airport, would be easier if the pick up point could be clarified and show 2 photos of their van, in orange and in cream with 'Harris' printed on the vehicle door for new customers to find them.
Nice of the staff to bring my luggage up and show me where my room is.
Nice view of courtyard from room balcony, with trees, seatings, and a pool.
Too warm inside the room, around 25-26°C rather than the 23°C setting indicated.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. There was a bellboy to help with luggage to the room, but the resort has so many rooms that ours was far from the elevator, which was a bit of a trek.

There's a cute little shuttle bus to the airport every hour on the dot, no reservation needed, and it takes about 10 minutes.

However, the pool is really shallow, which was a definite downside. It was easy to hit your feet, and there were no towels or shower areas after swimming…

The gym doesn't have many amenities either.

This hotel is quite unique, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, and offers a free shuttle service at scheduled times. The service is excellent; the rooms aren't huge, but they're clean and well-equipped. There's a pool and a gym. Dining is reasonably priced, and considering the room rates, it's highly recommended for travelers catching a flight.
