Spazie at Green Lake View Cimanggis in Jakarta

Nothing much to mention the goods here; just met with nice securities with manner, a kind canteen guy, an informative woman, but the rest of people there weren't likely seem tb doing their job properly... The canteen woman seemed like had less attitude while I ordered lunch there, she was smoking, got tattoos on her body & truly scares me a bit. Furthermore, the apart staff seemed doesn't even exist, the room I ordered wasn't cleaned at all until I asked a guy who seemed tb somewhat like a tenant keeper since I gave my ID card to him for the order confirmation by the security guidance. Wasn't much pleasant, he didn't even talk much- it makes me kind of creeped to be assured that he is harmless... Funnily, he was also the guy who replaced my bedsheet, pillow sheet, blanket & gave me towel, was quite nice service, just not even a proper cleaned blanket & towel that has yikes smells, I didn't even wanna use it as its purpose. What a disastrous staycation I had here, really... the room was far off as expected in the Gmap pictures, the AC brand was AQUA which seemed not tb replaced for years, not even amneties were avail there since first went into the room, the meals that I told not tb spicy ordered, still given even mixed with my lunch, the room wasn't even cleaned at the first place we arrived, found a toothbrush in the bin & a leftover soap in the bathrm, while the floor wasn't even cleaned at all... cheesy crust... I'd rather spend more 100k for a better place to staycation.. don't even worth 150k for this sucha place despite the safe parking lot, they even charged xtra 5k for the parking.. Freakin terrible blindness... There's no need to suggest things better here, except their own understanding what they shd do after all such comments I wrote... I still can't bear wmy disappointment...

OYO brand without any services.
No toiletries, no towels, no mineral drink, no tissue, no dispenser. The room is so creepy.
Poor services.

Stay for 5 days, first day check in with bad impression, not tidy, still have garbage on trash bin, used tissue everywhere, dusty, floating shelve broken down, many ants stay here, and the worst is bathroom light is off (50% bulb lights in this room broken), already complaining 3x not yet replaced till I wrote this..... Imagine!!!?

My check out experience with the hotel staff was very bad and rude. I fully understand that the check out time was at 12.00 max. I checked out at 13.07 and there was no grace period at the hotel and no warning by the hotel staff even the telephone line does not exist. The day before I checked in late at 16.00. I was upset they charged me an extra fees with rude and bad attitude to pay an extra fee for 70% of the hotel price. Of course I refuse and want to call the CS OYO immediately. And finally they charged me 35% of the hotel price with the attachment to the written rules with my sign on it. Oyo Green Lake View Depok was very disappointing. I wish the room was clean and the staff was friendly maybe I would not give a rating 2. Dirty flush toilet, on bed alots of hair. I even had a request to change rooms when checking in. Covid-19 sanitation does not exist in this hotel! I have to spray disinfectant before using the room. Hoping to be refreshed after quarantine/stay at home. Unpleasant experience. Only the advantages of secure car parking and friendly security was polite and helpful. Thanks OYO! Please audit this partner.
