Probably the best value hotel I’ve ever been to. Best of everything - restaurants, gym, pool, rooms. Service so genuinely caring that you’ll feel like a better person.

But you have to consider when it is in the season of peak holiday. Last time i had to queue for about 20-30 minutes for breakfast. Also please provide kid’s club just as in Mulia Bali. It will be great for the kids

Excellent high class hotel, often used for conferences and exhibitions. Centrally located, within 20 minute drive to some of the main Jakarta attractions such as the national monument and museums

A very luxurious and elegant hotel. Most of the guests are from the wealthy class and international airline crew. The only downside is that the breakfast isn't really suited for Gulf Arabs.

Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. It's very close to the mosque, within walking distance. The rooms are a bit older but quite clean

For those with children and not allowed into the lounge during evening time, they have allocated an area in the lobby lounge for families to enjoy their evening canapes and adults could still order any alcohol drinks served ala carte should they desire to do so—all inclusive

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff made me feel very welcomed and were always ready to assist with a smile

There’s also a water playground with water slides and big tipping bucket for children. There are also fringe activities for children like bracelet making and also a bouncy castle and a swing

There were scones, salmon, smoked salmon sandwiches, profiteroles, sushi, satay, cakes etc. we would absolutely do the same should we be going to Jakarta again

Room is comfortable size, bed is good. Poor water pressure in the shower, sauna facility is down. Not easy to get food in the surrounding area, need transport to access other area.

The price is affordable for transit, the location in Tebet Area is also good enough for ordering food by online delivery.

The room was spacious enough for two. There's a sofa bed that could serve as an extra bed, though it's quite small. The bathroom was cute, with a 'pop art' feel.

Honestly one of my best hotel experiences! We booked the hotel because it is one of the nearest hotel to the concert venue. Our concert require us to be there around 2pm where our room was not yet ready

The kind staff gave us a pass to access to the pool/gym to let us shower and prepare for the concert. Truly amazing amenities and hospitality, the breakfast buffet spread was incredible, the room was spectacular

I had a good stay and slept really well, they have good bed. Breakfast is good, good quality with variety of food. The best thing it is located just 10-15min walk away from the GBK Indonesia Arena

I was there to run an event, agreed to check the event room at 9pm but nothing was prepared. Next day morning it is prepared but the coffee tea and the food spread was so limited, its not even 5 star standard

Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care

Location is awesome - being "sandwiched" between two malls - a girl couldn't ask for more 😊 & breakfast is just "WOW"!!! I'm not one that's easily impressed but trust me - everything was just PERFECT 👍

It is rather odd to be entering a 5-Star hotel and be greeted with the smell of bleach. That being said the location is excellent. Service was great but I paid good money and felt the stay wasn’t all that great!

This hotel is really cool, I like the design, it is so minimalistic, the service is super, good. By the way, my kid's birthday will be a surprise, 2 times in the room and 1 time in the restaurant, I like the double

I stayed in a Deluxe Suite this time. The room was good, but the bathwater wasn't hot enough, and the shower head had weak water pressure. Other than that, everything else was pretty good

Really a recommendation for families who have small children staying here, the kids are definitely very happy, the facilities are complete, there is a swimming pool, a cinema, there is also a bike tour, but unfortunately we can't try it because the bike for the child is not brought if there is an adult bike

We enjoyed the fantastic views from our high-floor room and the outdoor pool. The hotel's proximity to Gambir train station is a huge plus, making transportation very convenient

Otherwise, the rooms facing the road are very noisy due to motorcycle traffic! The 4 AM prayer calls from the loudspeaker are unavoidable, though! Breakfast offers a good variety

The only downside is that the surrounding area can be quite noisy, with motorcycles revving late into the night, so earplugs are definitely recommended for a good night's sleep

Large and clean rooms. A beautiful place to stay and enjoy Jakarta. But, i think its a lil scary at the upstairs because lack of lighting. And the other hotel facilities such as swimming pool just under maintenance.

The doorman can get the Bluebird taxis for you to move around. Nearby is Pantai Indah, Ancol, ITC Mangga Dua, Chinatown. Food is reasonably priced at the hotel. You can also explore Old Jakarta in the surrounding area

This is definitely the place to stay if you want to stay near a walkable area in Jakarta more precisely near the Old town Batavia. The room offers you everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Nice hotel to visit the Kota Tua area. And I love the mattress and pillow. Very comfortable and I had a very good sleep. Quite far from the bustling city area but we had no problem since we used driver service

When I experienced noise disturbance from the neighbouring room late at night, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They immediately arranged a room change without hassle or unnecessary questions

I've stayed here a few times. The rooms aren't new and modern, they're more classic, but they're clean. For a double room, it's quite spacious. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean.
