Great 5 stars hotel. Superb breakfast. But you have to consider when it is in the season of peak holiday. Last time i had to queue for about 20-30 minutes for breakfast. Also please provide kid’s club just as in Mulia Bali. It will be great for the kids.

The hotel is excellent—pleasant, clean, and very well-maintained—but breakfast was too chaotic. Perhaps it could be organized better; it was very uncomfortable. The dining area is too small, so we had to wait in long lines to get food and often bumped into other guests because it was so crowded.

A nice area to stay in Jakarta. Very central and easy place to go everywhere. The staff are all super helpful. Famous oxtail soup to try.

Wifi was not stabile, becoming a hazel when working using devices in the room. The amenities was not standard and complete. For example hand soap was only available starting from the third day within a week staying. There was an extra bed sheet on the table, which I never asked for.

I found the room air to be stuffy. Had told reception to spray the room no 1535 . Overall the bed / mattress also was average consider the amount I had paid . This is Accor group of hotels . The service should be good . The breakfast corner staff should be asking guest if anything is required . Most of the guest were local Indonesian. It is probably cater to them

Make sure to request a room facing the pool when you check in; it's much quieter. Otherwise, the rooms facing the road are very noisy due to motorcycle traffic! The 4 AM prayer calls from the loudspeaker are unavoidable, though! Breakfast offers a good variety. Traffic jams are common. It's a 20-minute walk to the largest mall!

The location is very strategic. However, I don’t understand how can the room interior work pass the quality check. Uneven LED lights. Dirty AC exhaust. Rough gypsum panel work. Bathroom marble has yellow water marks. Wall paper glue is not sticky completely. The power socket is not at the right position. Drinking water is only 350 ml each.

The hotel room is facing the main road, it’s really noisy at night. Shower no hot water at night, when called, they tried to fixed it but it was not cold again the next day. Hotel is fully renovated so it’s not outdated and it’s clean. I think the best part is this hotel connected to the cafe that sells Black Forest & Beef Pastrami that’s really really nice!

Nice room and overall hotel service. Went to the hotel bar too, ordered pizza and some drinks. Pizza came after 40 mins and wasn’t served hot, felt a bit disappointed when we informed the waiter but it was again served cold. Will come again for stay, not for the bar.

We stayed for two days and had no major complaints. Given that it's an older hotel, we did notice some minor scratches on the furniture and peeling paint in places, but considering the price, this was perfectly acceptable. I'm sure this isn't unique to this hotel, but there were a few small gnats in the room. If that's something that bothers you, I'd recommend bringing some kind of deterrent.

Facilities of Hotel Indonesia are quite complete. But, I just noticed that breakfast menu are quite boring (different with other reviewers), for examples, Japanese foods sections are just plain food, there is no salmon, no tuna slices....
