Great 5 stars hotel. Superb breakfast. But you have to consider when it is in the season of peak holiday. Last time i had to queue for about 20-30 minutes for breakfast. Also please provide kid’s club just as in Mulia Bali. It will be great for the kids.

The hotel is excellent—pleasant, clean, and very well-maintained—but breakfast was too chaotic. Perhaps it could be organized better; it was very uncomfortable. The dining area is too small, so we had to wait in long lines to get food and often bumped into other guests because it was so crowded.

Wifi was not stabile, becoming a hazel when working using devices in the room. The amenities was not standard and complete. For example hand soap was only available starting from the third day within a week staying. There was an extra bed sheet on the table, which I never asked for.

On a business trip to Jakarta, I stayed here. The security check at the entrance was quite strict, which made me feel very safe. The hotel grounds are quite spacious, and the back garden is also very large. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. It's very close to the mosque, within walking distance. Simple 3 star hotel with good service. The location is convenient, close to Thamrin City ,Sarinah and Tanah Abang, making it easy to get around. Grab rides are also very easy to find. The room was clean ,worth the price and comfortable overall a pleasant stay.

I found the room air to be stuffy. Had told reception to spray the room no 1535 . Overall the bed / mattress also was average consider the amount I had paid . This is Accor group of hotels . Service was excellent but hotel is rather dated and has a terrible musky smell. I could barely sleep and my throat hurts after a night’s stay. The entire floor had the same smell. I stayed in a Deluxe Suite this time. The room was good, but the bathwater wasn't hot enough, and the shower head had weak water pressure. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. The location is excellent, and the environment is clean and hygienic. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel BUT they charge 10k IDR for a car to pick you up. The car was in the parking area for less than 5 minutes and we stay at the hotel. But the parking refused to let us exit for free and asked us to go back to the reception even though it was raining heavy.

I've stayed here a few times. The rooms aren't new and modern, they're more classic, but they're clean. For a double room, it's quite spacious. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean.
