We had a wonderful experience. Three days of Jewish New Year. The staff makes one feel that we're visiting their own home. The rooms are spotless, newly renovated and decorated in a modern style. The food was tasty and creative. We had a corner room and thus had views of the city and Haifa Port spread below us. It was our first visit but we'll be back again and again.

What I like about the place is the views of Haifa city from the rooms as well as the food there. What I dislike about the place is that there are only three elevators out of which one can accommodate maximum seven and another one can accommodate only four. My parents were trapped in the one which could accommodate only four as despite warning, others just pushed themselves inside. The elevators were not as per standards I must say. The rooms were never cleaned regularly and we had to use the same towels regularly.

The infrastructure of the hotel need a whole rework from sewer(hotwater) and leaking pipelines to elevators, electricity, smoke detectors that alerts on shower steam, dim lights, wifi that dissconects frequently and little knobs or accessories that need a fix.
The hotel now getting through lobby decorations instead of placing those founds into infrastructures above.

Basic hotel in a convenient location. Reception staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean yet outdated. Beds are not amazing, curtains do no provide full darkness so the morning sun lights the room. Air conditioning is okay. Bathroom is basic but sufficient. Parking is not included and not managed by the hotel. The hotel has a nice concept around Theodor Herzl and decorated with plenty of old books (mostly Hebrew). Bottom line: reasonable value for money.

We stayed there for 6 nights. The place is So Old,mold in showers. Hardly any cleaning done. The food served breakfast and dinner are So Good that it compensates the condition of the hotel. The customer service is Great

Nice hotel.... Very nice view from rooms. But pathetic lift.. Only 2 lifts and was working only one lift. Waited about 2 hours to get 14th floor. Food was good. Good rooms.

Stayed one night. Got in late. Front desk extremely helpful. Next morning, beautiful view to ocean. Breakfast fantastic. Great place. Bring a book and leave a book. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Will stay again if coming to Israel

We stayed one there, nice hotel with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was nice too. Notice that the hotel is in the center of a commercial neighborhood with an open market just around the corner (like a farmer market with variety of product). Not everyone likes that kind of atmosphere, also at night there are not a lot of people, not like Tel Aviv if you want to compare. There is free parking, and the space is narrow. We liked our stay, our view faced Mount Carmel and the sunrise was beautiful.

Its an alright place for a few nights the food is often lacking but sufficient , nothing hot to drink during dinner, rooms are quite alright , shower head was faulty in my room , aside for that everything else is mighty fine considering its a 3 star hotel
