Neglected place and very aggressive hotel manager named Ilan

We booked the suite for Friday evening, and when we arrived at the hotel they said there was no reservation in my name. After I showed them the reservation number, they claimed that I made a mistake and that I booked the hotel for Sunday. After I showed them the confirmation email for the reservation of the suite for the date I arrived, they said I was right but they had already filled all the rooms and had no rooms for us. Then he found for us a suite elsewhere as compensation As you can imagine it was not a suite but a hostel room which was very dirty and if I could find another place to sleep I would When we arrived at the hostel we heard that this is not the first time this has happened *this week* I can't believe it I would not recommend anyone to book a night at a place that is overbooking

Definitely not recommended!
I found a used condom behind the bed where I sleep. Immediately walked to the reception and told that I can't do this and that my room needs to be cleaned. Receptionist got angry and wouldn't believe this happened. staff member claimed that room was cleaned properly and no one came in except us. In other words he was trying to say that my girlfriend and I left this. Staff member didn't even apologize and was very disrespectful. Housekeeping came later. she changed the bed with the glove with which she took the condom, certainly not hygienically. hotel room was not clean very dirty. also the towels were covered in stains. Haifa tower is a dirty hotel with disrespectful employees. be smart and don't go there!

Poor service. I went with a group. We were supposed to stay at a “sister” property however stayed at Tower Hotel Haifa. Our tour leader was handed a plastic bag with keys and breakfast vouchers and we fended for ourselves. The male receptionist barely acknowledged us. Rooms of suitable size with tv, fridge, Water heater had to be turned on prior to showering. No mentioned had bee n made by reception. Comfortable bed but sand, grit on the floor. Would not recommend.
