Maris Hotel in Haifa

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. The first night was no towels in the room. The inside of the room is moderate for cleanness, and some flying bugs was noticed in the room. The Russian guy at the reception is racist, and the first thing he started to talk about was “terrorism” and "security" when I checked in.
The breakfast was my worst experience, as they give you a coupon and you will have to walk out of the hotel to a small coffee shop where the staff is very rude and would treat you as if you are begging them for food. They offer only omelet and couple of small pieces of cheese. I felt very degraded every morning when having my breakfast. They don't even serve coffee. They will serve you green tea, unless you ask them to change it to black tea.

Low quality room.
View to parking lot and buildings.
Near train station so you hear the callings so loud.
Very noisy music from street pub.
No milk or dairy powder.
This is not a spa hotel nor boutique hotel. Maybe boutique hostel....
