The hotel is situated in the most strategic place: on one side the Bay, called in the Eilat lagoon, on the other coast with a well-equipped private beach of the Isrotel network. Across – the Isrotel theater and gourmet gallery boutiques Boulevard. Convenient family hotel. Good restaurant, average quality of service.

Location: 70 km from the airport of Ovda, 2 km from the airport of Eilat, in the Northern part of Eilat.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

The hotel has 256 rooms. The rooms are non smoking rooms only on the 4th floor of the building.

Beach: private sandy beach on-site public beach in 150 m from the hotel, on the second coastal line. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. Umbrellas, towels – free of charge, deck chairs, mattresses - platno. The length of the beach 150 m.

On the hotel territory: restaurant, bar, meeting room, 1 outdoor pool, safe-Deposit box at the reception (free of charge), SPA, Laundry, elevators, email service

Location three minutes from the beach. Close to the marina and a shopping arcade. The hotel's restaurant is a cullinary experience.

We had a great vacation in Eilat with friends fir the Bridge Festival . The food was nice , the rooms clean and spacious. Great service snd the best location. Recommended❤️❤️

We had a great time in lagoonna on Sukot . The food was amazing , the staff helpful, the hotel clean, the rooms spacious. The food was excellent , there is “a new cheff in town”Del , very nice person, every thing you need you can have in a few minutes. The location is central, near the ice mall. Customer service incredible!! Recommended!!!

We had a nice Sukot in Lagoons Hotel!! The food was devious, the service was amazing. The chef’s Del was very helpful, best food ever!! All inclusive hotel, drinks by the bar free!! Alcoholic good drinks , soft drinks, coffee and cakes , all for free!! Nice and clean rooms , spacious. Best location ever. Thank you Lagoona , all the staff , we love you❤️❤️❤️

awful experience!! I was with my family (2 adults 2 kids) the food in the dining room was always the same. poor breakfast and my kids ate chocolate pudding that were overdue!! my big kid had suffer from stomach aches for two days and the hotel didn't even care! BAD Experience!!!

We came to the lagoona hotel to celebrate my birthday. We arrived Sunday and we are leaving tomorrow Wednesday. First let me tell you about the service I received upon checking in was awful. Rude front desk people. I asked for a room closest to the elevator and was given a room at the very end of the hallway. When I spoke to the hotel manager this is what she told me… well that’s to bad this is the room you will get. Didn’t even look me in the eyes. The chef from the dining room Avi was the best out of everyone in the hotel. Came to our table almost at every meal to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. He was totally caring. Thank you Avi. The front desk staff as well as hotel manager have a lot to learn still. They need to learn how to treat guests. When I made reservations I told them I was celebrating a birthday with family and friends and I need a real nice room. They dud not seem to care. This was our first and last time at this hotel. Will not be returning. I don’t recommend the hotel at all worse of the worse will not be returning there and I will make sure everyone knows edit to this review we decided to give Lagoona hotel another chance. We went back on Monday and just arrived home today Sunday 4/20/25. We had the most amazing time. This time around everything was perfect beyond our expectations. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. The bar staff were amazing once again Avi the chef and yossi the chef went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. A hive thank you to the amazing chefs. A huge thank you to Ronit the hotel manager and to Mohammad at the pool for keeping it so clean and refreshing. Yes we will for sure be. Back

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and it was better than I expected. The room was big and very clean, with a sofa, a coffee table, and a balcony with a view of the pool. The hotel is large, so it didn’t feel too crowded, even with many people around. Only the dining room felt a little busy sometimes, but I never had to wait long for my food. The food was great with lots of options, including special dishes made by the chef. The service was very friendly and proactive, and the staff even came to our room to check if we needed anything. Everything was included – food, drinks, and cocktails.
