We have celebrated a family event in the Eilat queen of Sheba hotel and it exceeded our expectations by far! The facilities are super and on top of that the level of service was amazing, we truly appreciate the staff and hotel management taking care of all aspects to ensure we have the perfect experience , extremely thoughtful and professional. we are grateful for everything , thank you all!

Staff outside of the facility was very rude

We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was wonderful...but the orange juice is 80%water and 20% juice....wifi is very very slow...in 3 days we asked...

A few thoughts... Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. They did not honor the Seaview room they gave me a mountain view and the only way you could see the ocean is if you walk to the end of the balcony and even then it was a little hard. An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.

Very good hotel overall, with nice and spacious rooms. However, the shower door could not be properly closed and leaked badly. Every shower flooded the bathroom. The hotel bar is pleasant and the drinks are good, but the staff are extremely slow to take orders (not to serve them). Priority seems to be given to pretty blondes and to guests who push their way forward, while others are completely ignored...

Nice hotel, not super fancy which is a plus, was my crowded during the week and good over the weekend. Beautiful pool, great breakfast and walk to a designated beach. Overall enjoyable weekend
