Staff outside of the facility was very rude

We have celebrated a family event in the Eilat queen of Sheba hotel and it exceeded our expectations by far! A few thoughts... Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.

Early October time. It's 32 C outside and the pool regardless of your location is cold. Not sure why the hotel is not taking step remediate. Where at 7 The room itself was big enough to accommodate the family and the kitchen was a great addition. However, the carpet and the sofabed is very outdated. They did not honor the Seaview room they gave me a mountain view and the only way you could see the ocean is if you walk to the end of the balcony and even then it was a little hard. Family Vacation-Hotel needs to improve The hotel is in a state of renovation. There is work that needs to be done. Breakfast was great. Bathrooms were ok. Lobby was comfortable and pretty. Carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced. We were a huge group and overall enjoyed but there are things that need to be fixed up.

We always stay at this hotel when in Ashkelon! The staff always helps and the breakfast is amazing. Views of the sea help too… The marina is basically between the building and the sea so easy to walk to.

I visited the spa on 31 January 2026 at 2:30 pm, with two treatments booked via their website. At the time of booking, I paid one reservation in full online and selected to pay the second on arrival. However, despite explaining this at reception, I was asked to make two additional payments. This resulted in me being charged three times in total. Totally overcrowded SPA, totally overcrowded SPA pool. Food - OK minus. If you want healhy food - not OK. Tiny windows in the rooms. No balcony. Stingy on towels and bath towel robe. Congestion in elevators. No body lotion in a spa hotel room. Poorly maintained rooms. The lady that made capuchino in the morning, Ayman, was simply outstanding !!! Great smile and great coffe.

I had a blast at the spa club hotel! The food is fresh, diverse and healthy with lots of vegan options like tofu and oatmilk. The Arab staff working during Shabbat were especially nice and helpful. The pool is very aesthetic and has great beds, though you have to be there before 10:30 to get one.
